Take up 5mins and educate yourselfs on how transitiong works aka a person that transitions also loses their body mass and the insituion has the right to reject a person should that person not meet the requirments as a bonus there are women who cannot paritipate in sertain sport for having too much testostarone while men there is no such restriction.

Then why did the 2 not appeal it? Why did both sign the document of the test showing they are male? They had choice to appeal and legal cost covered, without appeal they are accepting the findings as true and is then officially male. They were also tested 2 separate times with I believe a year in between, the complaints from athletes and coaches and people had been made for years and was brewing, it did not just all happen at one moment. Both tests were done in 2 different countries as well.

Male-To-Female Trans people are barred from women's sports because of higher testosterone and athletic ability. Fair enough. But here's the thing: nature isn't perfect. It is entirely possible to have a naturally born female with an above-average production of testosterone. Some women may have PCOS. Should these women be cut off? Do they become Unwomen because real women should produce the 'correct' range of testosterone? Personally, I think anything that nature produces should be fair game. If a woman just happens to have a higher production of testosterone than the average woman, then she will naturally have an advantage. Of course, this usually means that female athletes and Olympic athletes of the future will gravitate towards women with a tendency to produce higher quantities of testosterone. As long as the higher production of the hormone doesn't block fertility, the woman is a normal healthy woman who just has an above-average production of testosterone.

They are not real women if they biologically have the Y chromosome. It would of been so simple to not allow men to compete by just doing the biological chromosome test. It doesn't matter what their passport say or what you are brought up as. To protect woman, they have to do these test. They are cases of DSD that make it hard for to the doctor to determine at birth whether a child is male or female. Now days we have testing to determine this.

Well there is a third option which is probably what they are.. they might be androgen insensitive, people who karotype as male, but because they have the insensitivity it makes them have more feminine traits so they are intersex... For these people it really is hard to put them in category. Trans is a very wrought subject, and being intersex is actually kinda a totally different issue. unfortunately the two are conflated just because they have a similar out look / need to conform to the typical binary. Anyway just a sidebar on this controversy dunno what the issue is with the two competitors they could be either karotype, but eh it shouldn't bar them from competition.

What's the point of it? If it is for fairness in sports, then it does nothing. Because there is no thing such as true fairness in this current binary gender classification system. That is an fantasy utilising the name of biology, which is false. In the beginning, people finally(though yet still not much) recognised there are women who have very high testosterone level in this Olympic, and then ignorant or hate motivated people used it for their anti trans narrative. Real biology is not that simple as you learned in high school. Moreover, if you really care about fairness in sports, we need height classification in basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc. Experience-long based classification in almost any sports and board game competitions. These are just a few examples. There are tons of factors what gives the one victory in sports. You are just deceived by the fantasy of binary gender "science."

Have you looked at UFC female fighters? They look masculine. IOC eligibility requires that they were BORN women and have been women all their lives. Imane Kheliff has competed in boxing throughout her life as a women, even losing in the 2020 Summer Olympics to Ireland's Kellie Harrington in the women's lightweight division. It's not like she's a nobody with no history. She's been competing as a woman all her life. I don't see the controversy.

Lin Yu-Ting was born a girl. Her ID card number in Taiwan starts with 2, which is the prefix for females according to the Taiwanese government, and this ID cannot be changed later. I don't understand why a naturally born female is being smeared and attacked by an association with a history of wrongdoing, and why the victim herself has to prove she is not a girl. Moreover, she was born a girl and there is no issue of gender transition. I hope that in future boxing matches, losers won't use gestures like 'X' as an excuse for their defeat.

However, the Taiwan Boxing Association has already issued a statement that they did not request the IBA not to provide the report. Additionally, during a press conference, the IBA made irrelevant political statements, such as saying that Taiwan is a part of China. This clearly problematic association is forcing the female athlete, who is a victim, to prove that she is a woman. Isn't this absurd and humiliating?

Ewa Kłobukowska, Once the World's Fastest Woman Ewa Kłobukowska was once the fastest woman in the world. In 1964, she represented Poland and won an Olympic gold medal, also breaking three world records. However, in 1967, a 6-person medical team from the Soviet Union and Hungary used secret and improper examination methods to determine that Ewa had XY chromosomes. The International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) then permanently erased Ewa's records. In order to clear her name, Ewa chose to end her own life. But she survived and later gave birth to a child in 1968. Starting in 1992, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) no longer accepted this type of chromosomal examination.

FALSE information! the test result of Eva Kłobukowska was NOT she had "XY " chromosome! Medical publications revealed that Kłobukowska had a genetic mosaicism, an abnormality where one’s cells have a different genetic makeup, which has varying effects on development. The Barr body test was a method used at the time to determine gender in sports competitions. It involves finding an inactive X chromosome in a cell. Years later, it was deemed unreliable because it does not take into account different combinations of chromosomes in the same organism - in biology, this phenomenon is called mosaicism. Therefore, material with a chromosomal arrangement with a single X was taken from Ewa Kłobukowska and on this basis, no Barr bodies were found. Although this body could have been found in a subsequent smear, it was not done. The result was the basis for recognizing that Ewa Kłobukowska is not a woman, so she cannot take part in any competitions.

The detailed test results from IBA/CAS labs and the French endocrinologist haven't been generally released. However, a journalist by the name of Alan Abrahamson has seem them. Of course, they show that Imane Khelif is male, with male normal Testosterone levels. We also have the statement of G. Cazolra (Imane Khelif’s trainer) online (his source was the French endocrinologist). G. Cazolra (Imane Khelif’s trainer) admits that Imane Khelif is male with male-normal Testosterone levels. We also have the IBA letter (to the IOC) online. The actual tests were conducted by Sistem Tip Laboratory from Istanbul and Dr Lal PathLabs in New Delhi. From the IBA letter "Khelif and Lin were informed accordingly about the decision and acknowledged it by signing the papers. The test details were attached to the letter". Note that the labs were CAS approved.

She competed at the Tokyo Olympics as a woman. The International Boxing Association, IBA, said she failed a gender test but also said the specific reasons she failed the gender tests are confidential. Lin Yu-ting 林郁婷 is a Taiwanese woman. The whole thing is a political attack and fake news The IBA is backed by Russian forces, so they’re targeting a Taiwanese athlete disliked by China and Khelif, who once defeated a Russian athlete. Most national boxing associations have already withdrawn from IBA, so they are now trying to get revenge on the IOC.
