While in a year long faith based drug and alcohol rehab, I read Victory over the darkness, bondage breaker as well as freedom on Christ. Knowing the word of God and applying the Steps to Freedom helped me tremendously. So much darkness in my past had been hidden, and so many lies had deceived me. I am walking free now 10 months sober and I am happy joyous and free.

It saved my life. My brain had never shut off since I was a child. I suffered with ocd panic attacks drug addiction abuse from family spouse all of my life was chaos, even after getting clean I suffered more for years until the steps to freedom. My brain shut off for the first time ever half way through. This is just the short version of my story. I’m just so thankful. I give the book to everyone who wants it.

So good to touch base with FreedominChrist ministries in 2023 again. I attended Neil's seminar in Arizona in early 1992 in a week long seminar in a church I was attending. It changed my life. As I bowed my head on Step 3 and said the words forgiving my father, God gave me a vision of him standing at the front of the church wearing the sweater he had worn when I was 18 (he had been with the Lord since 1979) walking towards me with outstretched arms and I had the sensation of running into his arms and being embraced and looking into his eyes I saw love (something I had not seen as a teenager nor for the rest of his life). I felt heat go through my body from the top of my head to my toes. Going through the rest of the steps was so easy after that. I walked out in the sunshine of that Saturday afternoon and walked for miles, singing praises and quoting scriptures as I walked. The very next day I knew that I had received thorough emotional healing. Several months later, back in Edmonton, Canada, God called me to ministry. That experience was preparing me. I joined Women Alive and was asked to get Neil Andersons VHS tapes to use for small groups. My Chairwoman did not know I already had a set and was prepared. Not only did we use this material for the six years I as with WA, God called me to Ukraine to start women's ministries there. I had the entire course translated into Ukrainian as well as the accompanying materials. It was taught not only for women but also in the two Seminaries established at the time by my Brother and is being used to this day. At 80 years of age, I am alongside a few women for counsel out of my church. I was looking for material and found the FIC website in Canada and am happy to use those materials again, Praise God! It's so good to see you Neil. Such a great reminder of how much it also helps the person taking someone through the steps. We use the steps in Tanzania. Translated in Swahili we have witnessed 1000s of people be set free from curses, unforgiveness, and culture deceptions. Praise God for listening to God's voice so many years ago. I have been set free for over 30yrs!

Thank you Dr. Neil Anderson for your wisdom and constant contribution to psychology and deliverance/inner healing teaching! Your teaching has really helped me grow and understand what spiritual factors were hurting my walk with Christ. I’ve been able to experience much more peace and freedom.

It is so so hard living in this current culture. Im a woman in my 40s who still struggles with OCD, etc., despite knowing the truth of Jesus being my Lord and Savior. I still get bitter wen my prayers aren't being answered. Cant even imagaine what it is like to seek Jesus as a very young person because of the ever increasing Satanically driven world system. Thank you Dr. Anderson for your dedication and hard work with regards to your teachings/books. Thank you both ,gentlemen, for this verbal exchange /video. God bless.

Dear Dr Neil, i going through divorce, having depression which I didn't realise. while I doing steps with my encourager, she is not familiar with me personally, somehow we connected through and I reveal my conflicts, my secrets, deep struggles I have. Even my divorce ended, I have to go through all this struggles on own. No. I am not alone now as I already know that God's promises is for me and He loves me dearly and personally. I totally agree the bridge to my heart is establish by the grace and mercy of God. I finish my steps and now halfway thru the 10 weeks FIC course. and I already cut off my sexual sin. so I can't wait to restart my life with God. Thank God you and your team have created this. so great to know the story behind this miraculous project.

My understanding is different from Neil’s regarding praying for others and hearing answers from God on their behalf: We are not mediums when we inquire of the Lord for each other. We are helpers, builders and encouragers of each other’s faith. And, it is good and right to train people to hear God’s voice for themselves. Are we mediums when we read to our children before they’ve learned to read for themselves or even after they can read? No. Likewise, when we pray for others and God gives us something to share with them, we are simply enjoying and benefitting from communication together with God. There are things that God might tell us about someone that is meant for us to pray about without telling them what God has said. God wants us to pray for each other’s spiritual growth in the unity of the bond of love in Christ.

Thanks for this video, but could someone please explain to me how you can say that man died spiritually at the fall, when Paul explains in 1 Corinthians 15 that "the first man is of the earth, earthy", and "that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and AFTERWARDS that which is spiritual".

It’s in regards to us being in sin saying the flesh is before the spiritual which is why we’re born again. Born of the spirit. That passage is in regards to Christ being the last Adam. We are born of the dust of the 🌍 earth.. that’s in Genesis creation account. Man still fell spiritually because they knew no sin, the spiritual that man fell from was no longer having Gods likeness by being sinless being or beings that had no knowledge of evil. (Tree of knowledge of good and evil)
