Hahaha - it would seem that lately that as a retiree, I'm committed to buying retiree age equipment - while still hoping that somehow it's in better shape and more fit than I am.🤣

This is a great video! It is quite a parent that you know of that which you speak. You are apparently confident that you can repair the armature. You also recognized the bottom rail, was built up. This really is a great video and I would love to see what you do with the hydraulics to stop the loader from dropping. It’s a great piece of equipment, but it is not for the faint of heart. I am impressed, but please don’t set yourself in Coral on fire until we get to meet you guys at the Equip Expo this year.

You are too kind. We just kinda jump off the cliff here and see what happens on the way down. Hoping that we didn't bite off more than we can chew. Regardless, it's going to be a ton of fun. On the hydraulics - the cost/benefit to doing anything about that is probably not there - unless it worsens. My sense is that it would start with repacking and perhaps reboring the lift cylinders. I operated far worse in my youth. Definitely need to get that starter in tho. It's fixed and now it's just a matter of stringing new cables, new battery etc. Thanks for being part of my journey . . .

Golly you really do benefit from going on those Coral Cruises, always coming home with new toys. I'm starting to think maybe you are a bit of a John Deere fan, or am I just reading too much into it? I did enjoy your trail blazing video although for whatever reason I couldn't get the subtitles, so I don't know what you had to say. But sometimes it's ok to just sit back and watch the action. How many John Deeres do you have now? Kind regards to CCR. (Coral , Cyril & Ry) Bet you were thinking Creedence Clearwater Revival. Take care.

hahaha - I was thinking Creedence Clear Water Revival - one of my favourite all time bands! Somehow I now have 3 JD crawlers, and lots of work to do on them. Coral says no more until I offload a couple - and (wisely) I always do what she says. Here's with appreciation for your journeying along with us. Hope all is well at your end . . .
