So the guy in red is Snowflame and he showed up in a single comic where he monologued about himself but since he was high at the time it didn't make much sense. Basically he worships cocaine as his god and the source of his powers. He was meant to represent drug trafficking in a comic dealing with "real issues" but ended up an infamously stupid idea that became a meme when the internet came along. Due to that his popularity rose until DC actually brought him back. Unlike the villain from the issue before him "Hemogoblin" the vampire with aids. Yes this was what comics in the 80's were putting out.

Episode 1 I guess I mixed up your Red Hood reaction with SortaStupid’s because I’m not seeing comments arguing for Batman not killing Joker (and others) 😅 Here’s some comments from there •Joker not being dead isn't a failure of Batman, it's a failure of the justice system. The onus is not on Batman to kill the Joker, it's the government's job to give death sentences to serial mass murderers, and they keep just slapping him in Arkham. Saying Batman should kill villains is like saying a firefighter should go around killing arsonists. •Batman doesn't believe vigilantes have the right to choose who lives or dies. It's also a slippery slope. It always starts with an understandable motive. Killing Joker makes sense. But where does it end? Once he kills Joker, it becomes "Well, you killed Joker, why not this person too?" If vigilantes won't obey the law, why should they expect everyone else to? •There are Batmen who kill. And every single one of them has gone too far. They start with the rational kills, then it eventually just becomes "You broke the law, die." Episode 2 Holy shit, I just watched Wonder Woman Bloodlines which had Veronica Cale! That name meant nothing to me before! “I wish a bitch would try” 🤣 The Lazarus Pit makes you younger but prolonged usage can mess with your brain. It’s especially bad if it’s being used to revive someone, like Jason Todd
