Thanks for making this video. I would add one more thing to your list and that is other food intolerances. I have been gassy all my life and only realized after I got married that my excessive gas was not normal. After taking a food allergy test, as well as, doing a 30 day elimination diet I discovered that my body does not digest legumes well, resulting in excessive uncomfortable and stinky gas. Yay for normal gas and listening to your body!

When I notice that I'm not pooping as smoothly and have gas, it's usually a sign of too much meat and dairy. I correct it by reducing those two, and consuming a nice size bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon, almond milk, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and berries. In less than 24 hours I'm going. The next day, eat another bowl, this time my poop is smooth. It's as if the oatmeal goes in and scrapes out everything. My guess is that the soluble fiber helps to push everything down my colon.

My take away from this is that eating too much gives you gas. Thank you Kim, you're awesome. Sometimes I need a little reminder that even though I eat a healthy vegan diet, eating too much is not particularly optimum. One thing you might have forgotten to consider are vegetables such as Jerusalem Artichokes that contain indigestible sugars that invariably give you a terrific gas attack.

AHA! Thats my problem. 3:10 I ate 4 Arbies Bacon beef and cheddar sandwiches last night, followed by a large bowl of vanilla ice cream a few hours later, and then a owl of Kashi go lean with almond milk at midnight. My beef has been MASSIVELY strong. I was sort of proud of it at first, but it would not (Still wont) stop. I opened the apartment windows and doors for a while but the neighbor complained. Mine started after surgery and only gets excessive when I get anxiety/panic or just don't feel relaxed, which is basically whenever I'm not alone. I'll get it if I have to see someone even for 5 minutes it starts in excess, no matter what I've eaten(except most fruit/veg other than potatoes seem to make it 50% worse). I got it in a job and lost my job from running to the toilet too often because I was too embarrassed to tell the truth so said I was throwing up instead. I didn't go to the first day of a job because I was having panic attacks knowing I could not get through a whole day without farting and it was training in a huge hall where you'd hear a penny drop and smell anything. My anxiety/fear gets that bad that I'll lose Vision everything will go fuzzy like white noise, only had that before fainting. Is so weird to develop phobia over something everyone does and when it gets in the way of another survival need of work/relationships. Things like peppermint and fennel make mine worse. I think food combining is a next step thanks and maybe mono eating which I have not done for years.

Yes, you have "nervous stomach upset", typically caused by social or performance anxiety, which leads to gas, stomach pain, and diahrea. Anxiety is a physiological response to a perceived danger or harm on some level. I get that too, but CBD and/or CBD/THC tinctures really helps me with that when needed.

One time I was in a work van with 15guys and a girl driver. It was real cold outside and we were parked on the side of the freeway waiting for some work project. I had to let go and was thinking since there’s so many people no one will ever guess. So I did. The girl driver was the boss and she got so pissed off!!! About a year later we got married and about a year after that I fessed up. LoL. Sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction
