More institutions than the military us hierarchical organizations. Consider companies and businesses; nonprofit societies; nonmilitary ships; etc. Even if run by concensus, there will be people directing things at different levels. It doesn't have to be like in the military, but there will be some sort of organising structure. For example, even if you have a research ship on the ocean with ten researchers, they will often need a way to decide what course to take, or even when will be cooking in the galley.

Also where are the Graphene space ship designs? And Graphene warp drives? : ) Please understand that when I mentioned Graphene warp drives, I meant the design and maybe the energy output flow through it, since Graphene Twistronics is an amazing thing, with Graphene Spintronics to make it more efficient at the same time. There is also so much more to be explored with Graphene which will revolutionize advanced engineering. I do understand that there will be other materials after Graphene, but it would be nice to notice a material like this as important because it's not artificial and will revolutionize everything, and advanced engineering as mentioned. I'm not a shallow youtuber, my other channel is like a "hub" for people to go through. It's also for people to learn about Graphene combined with Photonics, and Quantum Technologies. Think about Graphene Spintronics and Graphene Twistronics. Now imagine a Spintronics Twistronics Graphene Photonic - Quantum chip. And Quantum Technologies, space propulsion, warp drives, searching for Dark Matter and Dark Energy with Quantum Computers, and so much more. Archer Materials is now working with IBM to accelerate Graphene Quantum chips for room temperature, for our homes and devices. Archer Materials also has their first patent to Japan about a week ago, "as the time of this message". And my other channel has Quantum Computing breakthroughs to show. It's not about the A.I., let's not be pessimistic. We need to think outside the box. By the way, my comment got deleted, this is a bit unfair Asteronx. ------------------------------- 1.
