At first, I didn't really care about Echo, I was into Jocko, and Echo to me was just like a random sidekick. But over time I realized he's a really interesting character. He is like clearly wicked tough, but also he is so nice and pure and has a heart of gold. That's actually a really special and valuable person. He's also very funny. And perfectly compliments big scary Jocko. Over time spent watching the podcasts I realize I enjoy more and more whenever Echo speaks.

Charles is right about not wanting to do things then seeing it as a challenge and doing it. I told a friend of mines let’s go hiking. He’s like why? Since he knows I don’t like hiking but I love to workout. Anywho I told him I’m doing it because I don’t wanna do it. His response was like “okay, doesn’t make sense”. I’m like I know. The reason it sticks out when Jocko says it is because he freaking lives it. He eats, sleeps, and shits discipline and ownership and responsibility.
