Over 30 years ago, when I was 16yo I had a 9mmR blank firing ME Magnum (similar to the Umarex Python) with a drilled out barrel in which I had glued a 6mm airsoft brass barrel. You could shoot 6mm plastic or aluminum BBs with it. This gun was very powerful. You could shoot through old british one Penny bronze coins with it.

@@HappyDude1 this is exactly right. I use my intelligence rather than violence. I'm not a big fan of violence and I will avoid it at all costs. Only time violence will erupt from me is if I have to protect myself or someone I love. Now I'm not admitting to anything up here like I said I didn't break the law. I was experimenting to see if it was possible but I did not take it far enough to actually fire anything although I could tell that it would be very possible if I wanted to. Because I'm in Canada it would be highly illegal for me to convert a blank gun into a firing model. So I only did enough to see if it was possible. If I wanted to I suppose I could have pressed 25 caliber pellets into the blank rounds. However the 8 mm blank rounds I had were sealed at the top with just a little vent hole. I would have had to cut the top of the round off with it being live or drill it out some to fit the pellet I wasn't willing to do that. But I knew it would work if I wanted it to. All in all I don't mind that they took it from me because I didn't want to get charged with anything anyway I was just tinkering around and not breaking the law.

Most blank guns (without open barrel) have a firework adapter. Way musch safer and easier to create a magazine which can be screwed in into the barrel. Basically its an L shaped tube. The horizontal part of the L goes into the barrel, a strong magnet right after the barrel's end holds steel BBs in place. The vertical part of the L is the magazine itself. The upper part where you load the BBs, and you can make a srew in cap with a spring to push down the BBs. Basically you create an airsoft style gun with more power.

I don't know about a 6 mm BB but I do know that the old way they would do it is like a Muzzleloader considering that you're so close to the powder you should just be able to put like coffee filters in there and you can stick anything you want those bullets or down the barrel. For some spy stuff I'd shove some cloves and cayenne pepper and flour into the round. paper ball cayenne pepper flour cloves pack it just loose enough to come out. You can spice it up with metal shavings from your bench grinder bits of glass from your mayo jars. Don't do that just keep it in mind that it is theoretically possible. The fact that your BB's can go through a water bottle means that they can enter into soft tissues and now you have a tool you can theoretically hunt with in an apocalyptic scenario. I'm interested to see if you can do an HDPE milk jug cone Dart with sewing needle muzzle loaded in the barrel. You might be able to strengthen the back end by coating the dart in wax.

What model and make of blank is this? Now these things used to be able to be done to Ekol's such as the Ekol Tuna could be converted into a .25 ACP somewhat easily. But there's an vented obstruction in the barrel. And it's very much hardened steel that no drill bit will go through. Or none that I could find. Are you just muzzleloading things in front of this vented obstruction or did you somehow manage to drill it out. To get rid of the hardened steel obstruction in the eckol tuna I went through multiple drill bits trying to drill it out and it just wasn't happening, so I then cut the whole barrel off directly behind the obstruction, then was able to remove the obstruction from the separated piece, (I'm not sure how but I guess I must of cut in the right spot where the obstruction was welded to the barrel). I took a piece of quarter inch brake line and pressed it in tight against the base of the chamber. effectively sleeving it into what was left of the barrel. I then took the piece that was cut off with the obstruction now removed and was able to slide it over the brake line to put the whole look of it back together so I didn't have only the skinny ass brake line barrel on it. I just simply JB welded it all into place. However I never did fire 25 ACP out of it I kept the chamber for 8 mm blank because it was just an experiment and I didn't want to break the law. This blank gun has now been seized from me by the police. However it only Chambers 8 mm blanks still so they couldn't charge me with anything. I was very careful to make sure of that. With that being said if you have the obstruction completely removed you should get some light grain lead of the appropriate caliber, 9 mm I believe. Even if you have to cast your own custom ones to keep the lead slightly lighter than the factory 9mm acp bullets (or buy 9mm air gun pellets if they make them) which in turn will keep the pressure down to a safer level to be firing through something like this. It's awfully hard to get the blank guns in Canada now. Because of the fact they can be converted. For example, I could that blank into a .380 ACP, or even 9mm or just press custom casted 9mm lead into the blank rounds. no problem.

Hey man not sure if this has been said yet, but before I begin this is in regards to your safety! The reason that the first round with the BB within the PAK blank became forged (I'm only at 8:30 exactly so far) is due to the fact that you used too much glue. Not only will too much glue create more difficulty in the creation of of the rapid gas expansion (retarding the ignition and causing for less of a "gas buildup" and more of a "TNT-like explosion". Okay I had the video playing in the background and you've already addressed two things I wanted to state. The above ^^ as well as the usage of the candle wax. Candle wax is very useful, but I am seriously SERIOUSLY concerned about your safety as you need to realize, that a PAK blank gun is designed (in almost a, dare I say, nefarious and malicious way that it is ACTUALLY *INTENDED* to cause the gun to blow up in the hand of it's user when even as much as HALF or less the pressure of a real bullet will create. Please reply to this message and I can go over how you can either re-create or continue these messages safely. You are putting not just your hands, wrists and arms but your entire body and life at risk each time you put a modified blank that has ANY form of projectile. This is not an exaggeration my friend - this is a blatant and accurate fact. This is why in movies, or in the military, they do not use PA Knall blanks or blank guns. They use real firearms that are fitted with a barrel-choke-muzzle [semi] plug to allow for the weapons action to cycle while ensuring that their is no chance of the gun exploding from the pressure contained between the breech face and the muzzle is enough that (in the case of an AR15) it will carry the BCG to the rear with the same amount of force that the ejected casings hit the deflector and bounce out of the breech very accurately. PA Knall blanks and firearm blanks (I am sure you are aware of this part tho) are very VERY different from each other. A PAK blank is a casing with a malleable but hard and flat plastic/polymer mixture that extends from the base of the casing (where the primer's front-face is poking into the casing to ignite the powder) all the way to the tip of the casing (This is why you are not actually able to remove these plugs - only open them). This is ADDITIONAL PROTECTION as well to not just protect the gun from exploding but to protect the casing of the PAK blank to not deform or change it's shape due to (as previously said) the malleable/softness of the plastic/polymer mixture; as this will only cause damage to the chamber of the blank gun and the chamber is the most critical component in regards to prevention of the gun having a catastrophic failure. The dimensions of a 9MM PAK blank are 9x21mm. However, a real firearm blank cartridge cointains less gunpowder typically due to the fact they are meant to be used in conjuction with a barrel choke to not allow the gas to just exit through the barrel and not reloading itself. They are 9x19mm casings that are extended and crimped to be the same shape and length of a bullet attached. These blanks are safer than PAK due to the reduced amount of powder, manufacturer's liability coverage in regards to the usage of these types of pyrotechnic devices states that you should only use "x" calibre blank for that specific rifle. So an AR15 chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO canalso safely discharge .223 Remington since a 5.56mm round is just a .223 p +p round with slightly different cartridge design at the neck of the casing. (the 'p +p' designation means "over pressured round="+P" ad the additional P essentially means "[additional"]) so while a 5.56 can shoot both 556 and 223 an AR in .223 will NOT safely fire a 5.56mm round and even as little as 1-2 shots could cause a catastrophic failure. The amount of pressure needed to cycle the slide is not occuring only due to the fact there is no semi-plug in the barrel. I myself own many firearms but I have x3 PAK blank guns as well. They are all front-firing and have a flat rectangular piece of solid steel wleded to the inside of a thin steel tube that makes up the inner most part of the barrel and it is then coated with a zinc/iron to reinforce it. So it can safely and properly fire semi auto PAK blanks all day. If i removed the barrel, and put a .32acp round in, I could maybe MAYBE fire off 1-6 shots before a catasrophic failure could occur. The PSI of a .32 acp vs a semi-plugged 9mm PAK is only around (at the very most) 4,000PSI to maybe 8200PSI. You need to please PLEASE understand this post, as you are in fact putting yourself at fatal risk to make these videos. Reply and I will give you my email and go through this further, I am a gunsmith and avid firearms advocaat and sport shooter with former military training. Thank you and I hope this msg reaches you in time!!!

Hello my friend, I just want to ask you a question. You claim that the material the toy is made of is steel. Are you sure, or it could be built with the most famous metal alloy called "Zamak", "Zama", or "Zamac"? I ask this because if this were the case, the strength of this league consists of zinc, aluminium, magnesium and copper is very weak and delicate for the uses you intend to make, it breaks easily creating dangerous situations for those who use it inappropriately. You see well, because for the mere fact of wanting to create fun, perhaps by loading a more powerful than normal cartridge into the barrel, and the whole thing can explode in an uncontrolled way, with the disintegration of parts made with this alloy, with the projection of small fragments that are dangerous for those nearby due to their high projection speed. Said this I believe you are a serious and responsible person, and precisely because of the seriousness and responsibility that many kids might lack, and therefore emulate things like this by putting themselves and others in danger, let's avoid making these videos which, if replicated clumsily, could cause serious damage. I saw you made some great car videos, that's my world. It would make me Nice to see new videos on cars, motorbikes and tuning in general. Good continuation.

Les obstacles dans le canon sont de nos jours très difficiles à supprimer et très dangereux, et surtout....illégale

Your chamber is too big,. your very lucky you didn't get a case rupture, that could have blown the gun up. Get a new barrel and ream it it to just a smidge above 9mm.
