Unless you have a low ambient temp split system, the unit does not throw much heat once the outside temp gets below 42 degrees. Even some low ambient (down to 5 degrees) units do not throw much heat if the outside temp is below freezing. At least not very efficiently. I have learned so much from you two about reselling that I may come out of retirement and start selling again!

Working in HVAC the most common cause of the ductless head not heating is mistaking the "sun" symbol for the "snowflake" symbol. If not that sometimes when you switch from cooling to heat your condensate line will have moisture still in it and freeze overnight, so check your drip line. Other than those ideas the last or first thing to do is call your installer tech and ask them what you should look for that you. can do yourself. JMO, hope that helps. Sun/ snowflake is the problem 75% of the time, why they made them look like that is beyond me.

For your wall heating unit make sure you change the thermostat to the temperature you want you can’t just hit the heat button and if that doesn’t work, you probably need a new heating element

Your HVAC while it's on the Sun bump it up to 76 degree the blue light on the unit will turn red and it will start to heat up from there. We had the same issue Sunday..

I think the gum ball machine was a fun impulse buy because there are similar machines listed for half or even less than what you paid (250$). So I would put in the fun/engaging column and not in the profit-generating endeavour 😊

We have those mini splits…double check you are aiming the remote control directly at it when changing settings to register the change. It is finicky when changing settings…but pressing on/off less finicky. Same thing when increasing temperature…aim it at the unit and should hear low beep.

Your bins are awesome. The bins where I live are so bad, the last couple times I've gone they've been empty and it takes them forever to bring out new ones, So you end up with a bunch of people standing around staring at each other preparing to be vultures.

Josh, I do not think the gumball machine was a bad investment. I know I'm not alone in enjoying seeing the updates of the gumball sales. It's a fun little thing that adds smiles to others. I think it's a great marketing tool. The yellow machine stands out and it is a landmark for your booth. It is an easy way for people to remember your booth and return to it. It attracts attention to your booth. I think it was a genius and solid investment. Does it pay off monetarily fast? No. But, you're definitely reaping rewards from it in many more ways, and it will eventually have paid for itself. Thanks for another great video! Please do a quick update and let us know if and where the keys were found. It's gonna drive us crazy not knowing. lol And do get him an air tag for his keys. I hope you and Hayley have one as well. I get a lot of Idea's and prices from you when I do go to the Local Goodwill Bin Store ! and the Regular Goodwill store, & other Local Thrift Stores, as well as a really good Thrift Store if you ever get to Albuquerque is Good News Thrift Store they help Homeless as well as Druggies get off the Drugs, there prices are very reasonable and they carry Regular items as wells as Furniture I always take things I don't need or items that are still good that I find!

When you chose your new house you have now, did you plan it to be in proximity to the Goodwill bins store? Why are there not more Good will Bin locations? I would be interested, but I don't even know if there is one near Chicago. The only one I heard of is in Rockford, but I think that one shut down. How do I know where to look for bin stores and sourcing things near the Chicagoland area...in the sense I am asking if you know someone from your conventions you do that is from the Chicagoland area and can give tips on that.
