Oh, I loved her in Superman. She was good. For such a little town, they had so many big names come out of it. Oh, that was just so blue. The Churchill Falls are gorgeous and so is the surrounding area. Never heard of Goose Bay. Longest Runway-Nice. Red Bay is pretty. The shipwreck was interesting. 16th century-Cool. Man, it was windy.

Hey Thanks for watching. Labrador was awesome !! That ship wreck location was so cool. We stayed there two days. Loved it. She was great actress but like so many others a sad ending.

Always impressed with your ability to remember the local knowledge and then recite it back for the benefit of your viewers ! That takes a great deal of memory and skill to spit it out correctly.
@SHHHMotoTravels2 жыл бұрын
Thanks !!! Haha. A great deal of memory is sometimes…a great deal of retakes !! Haha Really though. It’s funny I can do it on the bike in one take most of the time , but when I am on foot it takes two or three takes sometimes !!! Don’t know why. Haha. Thanks

@@SHHHMotoTravels I bet it is! The trip alone is a big undertaking. Creating videos is a lot of work and very time consuming. I know that although your vids appear to just be spur of the moment, off the cuff, as it happens (well done by the way) they require a lot of preparation, planning, and even rehearsal, to look that way!

Fascinating that they can re-route a river and then remove most of the falls!

That was before people really knew what was up there. Way less media back then for exposure

@@SHHHMotoTravels No Trans-Labrador highway back in 1965 (?) or so either. Maybe, not even a road from Baie Comeau to Lab City.

If Niagara Falls wasn't a tourist attraction, that falls would be totally used for power generation as well, you know. However, Niagara Falls was a tourist attraction long before people figured out its water could be used to generate power. I think when it's dark far less water goes over the falls at Niagara because most of it is diverted to generate power.

The RCAF establishment in Goose Bay is now called 5 Wing. Mostly operates multirole helicopters (444 Squadron), that mostly used to support activities on the air weapons range. But are now more used for local search and rescue.
