My girlfriend just shared with me that she has 3 egg follicles. She went to the doctor a couple days ago. Doctor said that if she doesn’t get pregnant by this year it most likely won’t happen..we are both 28 years old we don’t live together just yet what are my options at this point? Please help anyone.

Your Amh is a bit lower, but it should be possible to get pregnant naturally, if there aren’t any problems. My Amh is 0.28 currently…I needed IVF
