Been retired here for all of almost 3 weeks, YOUR viewers will not think anything you are doing will be boring. It's called life sir and men in the west pine to be in your situation. You tend to forget how much you help other men by being informative. Great video.

My expenditures in Thailand run around 60,000 baht per month. It includes rent, moto, insurance, gym and entertainment up to 15K per months. But I am not drinker and not heavy eater. My weight gone from 188 lb when I arrived three months ago to 180 lb due to hot weather and some beach tennis.

As someone who plans on moving to Thailand and lives a pretty boring life myself I love this idea and will follow along. You do seem to have a fair amount of adventures so it can't all be boring😂. Life cant be exciting all the time no matter where you live.

I am going to be in Hua hin mid January for 4 days and then 16 in pattaya. I originally was going to do 8 days in pattaya and then I found out I would be checking out around Chinese new year I didn’t want to deal with finding another hotel or the traffic so I booked for 8 more nights.

Liking the idea of the daily routine and what it cost for what you do. Hoping you made it to the fireworks festival and will be doing a flog on that? Oh and you go to the driving range out there but do you ever play a round of golf?
@GreenyTravels9 сағат бұрын
Yes I golf on occasion. My buddies go all the time. I considered the firework but heard ever road was deadlocked so I skipped it. Could see from my balcony. Looked the size of dines and quarters 😂

Greeny, how do you stay mobile? You mentioned buying furniture and washer/dryer. Do you sell it all when you move, or do you hire movers to move things around? Love your channel and videos.

if you are tired after eating then you possibly are taking in too many carbs. I found that reducing carbs to around 15 percent of calories gives a brain and energy boost. Another string financial thing is that even at passive income of 10k per month you cannot live well in a few states in the usa. Just an observation. thank god the tax cuts are not going to be repealed. thanks for the video. play some tennis for longevity.

I'm interested in the cost of renting a place, how much the car and motorbike payments are, stuff like that. I know I can live cheaply from day to day, but its been 20 years since the last time I have been to Thailand, when I used to go a lot as I was stationed in Okinawa Japan.
@GreenyTravels9 сағат бұрын
Not my exact situation since I own but will try to show some places friends rent
@AcmeRocket8 сағат бұрын
There are perhaps 10000 videos on the cost of renting a place , car, motorbike in Pattaya and all other parts of Thailand. That may be an underestimate.

If you stay more then 180 days in one calendar year, you have to pay Thai income tax on savings, 401K, pension or any other type of income / money you bring into the country, add 17% to 35% (depends on your tax bracket) to your monthly budget, no tax on USA social security - Do a video on the Thai tax issues for ex pats.
