What do Iranians eat for breakfast?

What do Iranians eat for breakfast? In this video I will show you typical Persian breakfast with fresh bread. Persian breakfast can be a combination of flatbread with feta cheese, jam, honey or butter, or can be a hot bowl of Halim, Adasi or Kaleh Pache. Persians also usually drink Persian tea with their breakfast. Also with the huge variety of breakfast options and dishes, every person with any taste can find a healthy and nutritious option to have to start a good morning.

Your breakfasts look amazing! I’m going to try the eggs with tomato paste. I’ve never heard of that! One of the traditional breakfasts here in the US, is Pancakes with maple syrup and butter, and fried bacon. It’s SO delicious!

Salam Sara; Tomato paste and egg omelet. Wonderful, going to make it for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you for your wonderful videos. I have been fascinated with Iran for many years. In 1968 my senior year of high school we had a foreign exchange student from Iran. His name is Artin Moradi. We became very good friends. After the school year ended Artin returned to Iran. We stayed in touch by letter and occasionally by telephone for many years after. After the Iranian revolution suddenly I could no longer contact Artin or his family. I read everything about the revolution that I could find. Could not find any information what happened to Artin or his family. He would be around 72 years old now. If still alive? Thank you again for your videos. Would like you to know despite the lies the U.S. government says about Iran, in order to start a war, there are many Americans that love Iran and long for relations between our governments to improve. Hey @Hello Iran Tv Few months ago you posted a video on what i can buy for 5 dollars and in that video you mentioned the prices of products in Tomans but if I multiply tomans to 10, because one Toman is equal to 10 iranian rials then those products converted into iranian rials exceed more thanfive dollars : for-example You bought a shampoo for 32000 tomans which becomes 320000 iranian rials then the price of only shampoo becomes 500 pkr which is too much and u bought everything under 5 usd which is equivalent to 800 pkr b.c Pakistani currency is pkr so plz reply me its confusing me. I am coming Iran and want to know about it.

Your breakfast looks very tasteful. And the bread; so freshly baked. Love the way you make the omelet. I'am going to try to make one myself. Funny moment when you said "a bit of sugar" in the tea. Three spoons ;-) I also don't use sugar in my tea and coffee because all the food in Holland has so much sugar in it. Love your inside video's from Iran a lot. Question please, how do parents make a children's sandwich for school with bread so thick and wide? When I boil tea at home I add a cinnamon stick ... Highly recommended.
