They took clues from your suits to decide what you looked like underneath. Black ear... maybe black hair. Blue markings... maybe blue eyes! Brown hair is common so maybe brown hair! Fursuiting seems like a younger more active person's activity so someone in their 20s! It's the fastest and easiest guessing they could do. The "what kind of job" is harder to figure out. Working charity, with animals, art, or with children might be the easiest thing to guess since when you think about a suiter they're wearing art so maybe they made the suit... artist! They're dressed up as animals... maybe they work with animals? They seem friendly and are basically a mascot... they must work with children or something sweet with the public... so school and/or charity would work here. A guy in a suit... he sounds mature... so maybe a beard, but he's in a suit and a large beard might be annoying or hot inside so not a large beard. It's guess work and it's easier to just guess maybe someone similar to oneself or what would fit.

we can see. it is a bit limited though. And the heat is a hazard. Just need to be aware of your body, drink plenty of water while suiting and get out of suit immediately if you start to feel bad
