@@fraxinus_ash you’re supposed to put 1 (or more I guess) in your mouth, suck on it until the flavour is gone, then spit out the husk. Shelling sunflower seeds with your hands is rather difficult. I think what people are referring to is the fact that they did try to eat them with the husks, and only spat them out cause it was gross.

My mother's side is Lithuanian but I know about as much as Nova does when it comes to Lithuanian culture, so I was intrigued to learn something about it. But finally 3 thai friends flolowed me in June this year.
