What do we sometimes get wrong about Jesus?
We celebrate Christ’s birth, but do we really understand who He claimed to be? Join Dr. Eric Moore, Today in the Word author and professor at Moody Theological Seminary, as we talk about Jesus.
Some say Jesus was a positive historical figure. Others claim He was God! Find out how John, Jesus close friend and disciple, viewed Jesus. Follow His first-hand account of Jesus’ time on earth in the Today in the Word Bible study titled, The Light Shines: The Gospel of John.

Eternal consequences says it all . Jesus birth is watered down unless we remind ourselves of eternal consequences. Enjoyed the direct teaching of this Eric Moore interview.

Great topic! I like how Eric talked about Jesus' deity in John and how Jamie alluded to the disciples slowly coming to more of an understanding of Jesus' identity (something highlighted in the Synoptics). May we reflect and worship in awe of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ!

The disciple who Jesus loved... John obviously had a deeper understanding of our Savior and gives a slightly different perspective than the Synoptics. Nice study, cousin Eric.
