I would be careful at the neck. The downward motion you use can pull the skin on your neck down more, causing more neck wrinkles! I usually go upwards with the neck.

That would be in the opposite direction of you lymphatic system. You brush down towards the lymph nodes in your collar bone area

After you dry brush jump up and down. Our vavle only open one way so jump helps the lumph system drain some ppl use trampolines but jumping up and down will work ❤. Totally love ur channel
