Hi dan, as uou mention.. the player who bows the wrist are often good drivers of the ball but often poor wedge players. I am in the catagory. Why is that the case and what can we do to improve? Btw keep up the great work and content

If you think about it in a simple way, the short game is about little shots that need to use the loft of the club to keep control of the ball, whereas with driver we're trying to hit it far so a stable strong club face is great. A bowed wrist tends to strengthen the face, so it helps with driver but hinders the short game. Play around with trying to keep some loft on the club during your short shots, have a go at getting the toe pointing more up to the sky in the backswing, mess around with that and try to get a feel.

I think it's always best to have the guidance of a good teacher but you can certainly learn alone if that's what you choose to do.
