Really like your videos. The only thing that is a bit too much, (maybe just for me) is how fast you rotate and move the camera. I have to stop sometimes because my head spins for a few seconds. Also doesn’t allow the viewer to get a good look without pausing or rewinding.

@@bodiedbybands7477 thanks. Camera movements are much better on the newer vids 👌🏽

The builders dropped the ball with the parking. If there is a problem with space, they could have built the entire complex on top of a parking structure. The first floor could have been for parking, we have all seen that set up before. Street parking for almost a million dollars is not a good look, and if they ever install parking signs or street sweeping that force you to move your car from one side to the other side twice a week the people are going to hate living there. Look at how many other multi family buildings are already there with more coming, the street parking, the amount of stairs, the only access to the backyard being through a bedroom are flaws with this otherwise nice place...
@BashirBadruDMVRealtor7 ай бұрын
Thats a good perspective
@Tonyredbone7 ай бұрын
The layout of that home was extremely confusing. The only access to the backyard is through a bedroom. Plus 3 separate living rooms. 600,000 for anacostia with no parking would be ridiculous
@BashirBadruDMVRealtor7 ай бұрын
What exactly was confusing about it?
@Tonyredbone7 ай бұрын
@@BashirBadruDMVRealtor @BashirBadruDMVRealtor the entry level didn't seem to have a designated purpose. Access to the backyard was through a bedroom. Two living rooms on the second floor. Now I know that the buyer can do with it what they want it just seemed as if the design was not thought out well. Also I'm a native Washingtonian and live about two miles from that location and would bet that the sellers are hoping that any potential buyer is unaware of the history of the area. Because that amount of money it couldn't be better spent in other locations area DC.

I totally agree. And on top of that, homes in Anacostia aren't going to appreciate as much as in some other areas in DC.

600K gets you bankrupt when the Real estate bubble collapses and you're under water. Buying a home in the US right now is silly..

While I do believe a lot of homes in the country will be under water in the next few years, the DC market will not be one of them.

No parking in DC is a automatic no, they could have made a drive way in the front, as for the gray paint on the exterior I am over it.

Make sure your life insurance policy is 6million living in the Anacostia area or any area east of the Anacostia . You are liable to get hit with a straight bullet at any time in your home. Unfortunately here and Washington DC that’s what 600,000 get you offputting new construction in the heart of the ghetto were murders occur on a daily at least 2 to 3 in that area.

$600k for this is without a parking space or garage not worth it imo. The design although modern-ish gives me nothing. I love open spaces and the corridors will bother me greatly.😢

The problem with an area being a sellers market which DC is right now is that everything doesn’t have to be top shelf but will still sell for top dollar. The layout of this home is terrible. Plus they should’ve paved over the grass to make driveways. If i had to pick between a patch of grass or a driveway I’m going driveway every time.
@BashirBadruDMVRealtor4 ай бұрын
I agree. A Driveway has more value and purpose

I don't like that the bedroom on the main level has the only entrance to the backyard. That really couldn't function as a bedroom if you want to entertain in the backyard. People coming through a bedroom to get to the backyard is not ideal. Washer and dryer on the 3rd floor and only on the third floor with that many levels.
