This is the great point Stan brings up. Most people don't understand that you have to use Tudca and NAC together to give you a proper liver protection.

Meanwhile I'm out here eating multiple plates of spinach and lettuce everyday, giving my insides an excess of fiber to go along with my eggs and chicken breasts as the day goes.

Thor avoids oats?! I thought they were as easy to digest as white rice?

He *limits* oats, he'll often have them in the morning but they're typically soaked to make them easier to digest. But oats are pretty high in fiber and FODMAPs - Nick

@@Barbend Interesting, thank you. How do you know how he treats his oats? How long doe she soak them etc.? They're something I'd like to include in my own diet - despite having gut issues - they're something that's quite nutrient dense.

Stan apparently has rice due to one, easily digestible but ALSO it’s high potassium levels I hear now he more recommends things like potato’s more than rice for high potassium

It did work for him. He lost weight and was still competition at a high level. Brian now eats pizza and cheesecake again. So, Brian probably just focuses on calorie, macros and micros and doesn't stick to a strict diet which the vertical diet is, kinda.

Really like Stan and the vertical diet. One thing that I find a bit contradictory though is him saying easily digestible foods are priority with nutrients that we can absorb like whole milk fir calcium since calcium in milk isn't easily absorbed and actually ends up leeching calcium from our body that's already there which is a reason why countries with the highest milk consumption also have the most incidences of broken bones wnd fractures because it makes them brittle (I forgot the studies name).and also Red meat isn't the easiest thing to digest is it? Or is that a myth?
@Hesher93

Both of what you said is a myth and debunked.
@barakomamba
@barakomamba Жыл бұрын
@@Hesher93yeah he has no idea what he's talking about. The Dutch, who have the highest dairy (and thus calcium) consumption are the tallest people on the planet. Eating calcium doesn't leach calcium, that makes zero sense. Oxalates (found in spinach) leach calcium. When the body senses blood calcium levels are low, it releases parathyroid hormone which strips calcium away from the bones and places it into the blood stream. Therefore, it's essential to have a high calcium intake to prevent blood calcium levels from dropping too low and causing osteoparosis. Milk is the best food on the planet for your bones. It's literally what grows baby mammals, no other food compares to milk in terms of its anabolic effect on bone and muscle tissue, not even meat. I've been drinking 3L low fat milk everyday for a year and my bones keep getting denser and denser. This guy is clueless and is spreading false bs.
