This is great! It's nice to know that other men feel this way. The pursuit of sainthood is an excellent challenge for every man. None of the other things have ever brought me happiness... looks, women, muscles, money etc. Once I found the Lord and came back to the church I finally found goals worth sacrificing for. Thanks be to God for such an exciting opportunity to grow and flourish! Keep up the great videos.

I have come far in my journey toward virtue thanks to the grace recieved through a devotion to the Rosary, but not yet where I want to be. I still have faults which cause me an awful lot of grief in part because I also struggle a good bit with being patient with myself. If anyone who reads this would please say a prayer for me dor continued patience and perseverance, I would be most grateful. If there is anyone out there wanting to start a journey to virtue, no question, start with the Rosary. It has done miraculous things for me.

Virtue consists in having the courage to be true to yourself. The Pauline Christian approach to virtue is facade, not depth. Genuine virtue is stable and effortless, the result of being rooted in God consciousness through introspection, meditation. "The greatest commandment is to love God with all your heart, mind and soul," Jesus.

@@jessesmith915 wrong deadly wrong, you can like all ,but that doesn't make it right in the eyes of God, accourding the word of God,sex and marriage is only between man and woman married, but on you own with out God you can do all your desire and reap the consiquences, the main one is separating from God.

I dunno how I got here. Am not that religious but I am a Muslim. Am Egyptian. I met a lot of people and I have a lot of friends from different religions, ideologies, countries and even continents. I met the bad, the kind, the cowered, the pretender, the boss, the talker, the shy, the liar, the accepting, the polite .. but I haven't believed they are honest. "Mercy and virtue are the only honest traits I believed". Thank you for the video, you have a friend from a different world.

Wonderful to hear. Thank you. Practical virtues include "qualities that transcend narrow self-interest. Such qualities include love, compassion, forbearance, trustworthiness, courage, humility, co-operation and willingness to sacrifice for the common good-qualities of an enlightened citizenry, able to construct a unified world civilization." ~ Baha'i Faith

Brothers, all of us have a duty towards God, and to our Church, and to our brothers and sisters to live the most virtuous life we can. To be like Saint Joseph. To be like Christ. In a modern age where men and women are so often tempted and fed desires of the flesh rather than God, we more than ever are called to live radically for God in whatever vocation we may have.

I will always be a sinner first. I will always be the best that I can become I will never be the best that I am if I am the best that I am I am perfected in heaven.
