What does "privilege" mean? Part 1

One of the most important things in our legal process is to learn the truth of what happened in a dispute. However, that does not mean that all relevant evidence must be disclosed at a hearing. Information can be privileged, which means that it is protected from disclosure. In this video, Heather Hui-Litwin asks Dan Rosman to give us an overview of the concept of privilege. We also discuss what solicitor-client privilege is.
