Many like Rahul Gandhi speak as though only the wealth of SC/ST/ OBC and minorities is to be increased. That means only the General category people are hoarding all the wealth which is far from true. To redistribute wealth created one has to find where it is getting accumulated irrespective of the caste or minority status. Then those who accumulate the newly created wealth through taxes. Rahul does not know anything about all this through his education or by training in politics .
