What does the Bible say about "Rapture"

In this video blog Paul Keith discusses the biblical revelations concerning the future event we have called the "rapture." This is truly a now word. Actually today about five hours ago I was witnessing to two men in the laundromat about the kingdom and a move of God that was coming to the earth. After I finished I asked them their names. One said Paul and the other said Keith. I knew then that you were going to have a now message today...and here you are. Praise God!!! I’m thrilled to hear what you’re saying! It always makes me nervous when someone teaches on the subject because they don’t rightly divide the word. But you clearly have and are! And I commend you for the boldness to do it. I’ve studied this for decades under Dr Billye Brim who studied under Kenneth Hagin Sr and who is also a Hebrew Scholar in her own right. Very well unpacked, the Lord gave me this revelation a few years ago and it is great to see that the Lord is unpacking this revelation in others, when you tie together the Mt of Transfiguration with this you get a visual portrayal of the Ressurection transformation, as you have Moses (those that are dead and rise, as Moses died in his ministry, and Elijah (those that are alive and remain, he was taken while he was still alive in his ministry) with Jesus shining like the sun.

I have been studying the Resurrection for almost a year and came to an amazing conclusion (Revelation 20:4-6) The description of the" First Resurrection" With that knowledge as a Cornerstone... End time prophecy falls into place snd all the pieces fit together seamlessly - nothing needs to be forced. Ask any Rabbi "when does the Resurrection takes place?" Their answer will be "on the day that no one knows the hour" (Yom Teruah - the Feast of Trumpets) at the Final Trump blast... It is on that day that the Resurrection of the righteous dead will happen.

This is a very helpful talk thank you. I agree there may be times of great revival and work of the church on earth before the ἁρπαγησόμεθα occurs, but Jesus did ask the rhetorical question "when the son of man returns will he find faith on the earth" the implied answer not being a very positive one at least. And we are told that "if it were possible even the elect would be deceived" So while there may be good revival happening i don't believe the scripture teaches that we are going to be in a victorious mode of overall great awakening, but of apostasy, as taught in Thessalonians. just from those two passages it's going to be very dark. That way all the glory goes to God and not the churches' triumphalism. The new apostolic reformation cults teach this.

It's called enraptured which comes from the word endo which simply means within It is inward rapture or rapture whilst still in the body King David experienced and wrote about himself being enraptured by the glory of God This enrapture was also experienced by the Apostles on the Day of Pentecost Smith Wigglesworth talked about experiencing rapture whilst still in the body. I had a dream this morning 4/17/2023 a young Lady I knew a while ago was leading me to the answer of a question I had after watching a series of sermons about the rapture ( which I actually did watch) i was drawn through a certain city and a tunnel of Disney movies that were held on these screens that you could walk through but you could see the movies on as well i was insearch for the truth on this topic i knew to keep my eyes straight ahead and not be distracted by all this make believe stuff ( which i believe was an answer as well) once through this maze like road i came out into the open space where i could see very clear i saw a big beautiful open field and a clear and beautiful lake and sunrise, then this young women came up to me and said you need to listen to this and handed me a cassette tape of a message from Paul keith Davis, she said; but she had me listen to a small portion of it before giving it to me, she kept saying you need to hear this! you were talking about what the Lord showed you on the topic of the rapture. and what the word really had to say. I got to work after this dream and typed in your name and Rapture and this is what came up! Thank you for always staying true to your heart and only going by the Word of God and being led by His Spirit in knowing what to bring forth and stand for what is right & true , especially in these days we are living in.

Thank u for this teaching, and have had my eyes opened to it more and more this last yr. I use to dream alot, but that has stopped and it bothers me. And how do we get there to have these experiences? I have ask the Lord if you have to be 5 fold to have them. I hear many having them now and want to myself more than anything. I don't know of any open sin in my life, and want this so bad but nothin seems to happen. In 2006 I went on a 40 day fast and had several visions. I don't know what I am doing wrong cause I know this is true. I am so glad to have heard this tho, cause has opened my eyes a little more since I was taught wrong also about the rapture. This is such a confusing topic when framed from the traditional teachings of "rapture". Countless bible classes and popular movies have only served to confuse us. The best thing to do is to start from scratch throwing out all the old arguments and teachers and read the scripture fresh for understanding about what are the specific promises and prophecies about the path and culmination of redemption, adoption and resurrection. Better than forming doctrines we should at this point be showing with our testimonies and lives that we believe and walk in these promises. The world has developed into the end times conditions and the 7 sealed book is opened which wasn't the case when these traditional doctrines were formed. So we should be able to take a fresh look and see that these promises come to a people who have found and been found by their God and are shining brightly like the sun as never before in history. Just as Jesus Christ overcame and sat down in His throne, the victory of His divine blood is shown in us when we receive all He died for. I thank God I have eyes to see but so blurry I ask for eyesalve. I read your book and watched a few of your videos and received more clarity and unction than in my years of pondering and asking the Lord, showing that He gives powerful gifts of teaching as answers to prayer. I see this, but don't quite get one thing. When we die, we go to heaven. So the saints who are resurrected and we meet in the clouds, wheo are they. If we go to heaven when we die, why are there their still some in their Graves to meet us in the air? Are these ones from old test or ones who died before Jesus can to forgive sins and sisters have the same opportunities we did about being born again, because Christ had not come yet?
