In fairness to the Death creator, they're correct that it is NEARLY invincible. In theory, you could throw like 1000 shadows at it and eventually they'd land enough nat 20s to lower Death's strength to 0 and kill it.

Death: 1. Beasts? 2. There really isn't any point in giving more than 50AC or so. I can't think of any way of beating that. 3. Inability to be prone means one of three things. A) You are a sphere. B) You are amorphous. C) You are intangible. With all the other immunities, I'd bet it is intangible. 4. I don't think you can be immune and resistant to the same damage type though. 5. I think the reacion is a 1/20 chance of dying instantly as a result of a sucessful hit. DM: 1. I didn't know I was a swarm of beasts when DMing. I thought I was a humanoid. Prisoner: 1. Torches are perfect tools for _torchure._ 8P Youth 1. Perhaps they aren't a kid, but aren't an adult either. Maybe they are not a humanoid anymore. Perhaps they are a *swarm of medium beasts!*

And how their life looked like. You loose one trait but gain one of said clone (like, you loose medium armor profeciency but gain proficiency in ranged weapons or whatever). When they die, they have a bit of "what am I, who am I and how did I fuck up this time" moments and can turn out being a version of themselves if they had some minor or major changes in their life like gender, background in job, heritage, education opportunities ..
