If you have covid19 what worked for me was a lot of fruit and veggies juices. Very nutrient dense and your body does not have to work to digest. Veggies I used carrots,beets, celery, ginger, garlic, kale, lemon, spinach, apples. Fruits I used pineapples, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, limes. S

I would not limit your juice to just those two ingredients, unless that is all the fruits and veggies you have access to. The foundation of your vegetable juice should be dark leafy greens. If you want to add herbs like mint use as much as you like and cucumber too. I just got done juicing actually. 2 lbs of spinach, 4 bunches of celery, 1 bag of carrots, 5 cucumbers, ginger root, turmeric root, sweet potato, 8 apples. This will last my wife and I several days.

My mom would cut the grape fruit in halves and boil them and let it cool down then she would let us bathe in it when we have the flu, we then drink lime juice mix with rum them Sweat out the flu, next day we would be ok

My husband had covid to get better I give Dal with Kerala drink hot water make chicken or lamb yakhani give 3 times Dal once day fruit in the morning ginger tea in the morning or green tea do it for 10 days for weakness almond with milk warm it then give the milk

@@youvegraduated9463 That's my daily morning Golden Tea! Fresh shredded Turmeric and Ginger, then powdered cinnamon, black & white pepper, anise and Clove. Sweetened with a bit of powdered stevia leaf. Let brew for 15 minutes. Add a bit of fresh cream to make it a Golden tea. :)

Legumes n lentils r tough to digest my stomach is better with chicken than daal Pineapple I believed was cold inducing n a hot weather food to keep u cool

When you are sick with the coronavirus you have to rest, when you sleep sleep on your stomach just eat a lot of fluids and if you are older, take a picture of your lungs and do not go outside and take a blood count

So its tuff to get fruits where I'm living due to Coronavirus the prices r pretty high but is it safe to use moringa every day n give to my kids I understand that it contains 3 times more vitamins c than u get from fruits...

I eat all that, still got covid. My advice continue to use mask along with healthy food. My symptoms last 3 days the worse after 6 days I few like new. Will continue to ear healthy and be active.
