If you have covid19 what worked for me was a lot of fruit and veggies juices. Very nutrient dense and your body does not have to work to digest. Veggies I used carrots,beets, celery, ginger, garlic, kale, lemon, spinach, apples. Fruits I used pineapples, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, limes. S

I would not limit your juice to just those two ingredients, unless that is all the fruits and veggies you have access to. The foundation of your vegetable juice should be dark leafy greens. If you want to add herbs like mint use as much as you like and cucumber too. I just got done juicing actually. 2 lbs of spinach, 4 bunches of celery, 1 bag of carrots, 5 cucumbers, ginger root, turmeric root, sweet potato, 8 apples. This will last my wife and I several days.
