namaste andi . according to ayurveda fruits should be eaten with no other food combinations annaru andi . Is it true ? like mana side eating mango with curd rice is soo popular . And we can't mix fruits too like you said alkaline and acidic. If poosible please cover that too andi 🙏🏽
