A.S Dear Ihsan, I love what you do, I am a yoga instructor, I teach how important to surrender yourself to higher intelligence ( of course I don't say Allah but I guide my practicioners through to find what is higher for them, one day inshallah they will experience the creator, Allah c.c ) I experience meditation is such an important part in Islam, I feel more khushi during my salaat, working on our personal growth is underestimated in Islam so, I love your perspective on that 💚 J.A

I think we should think truthfully. Not about positive thinking to me, it's about truth of reality. People say when one speaks truth, "oh, how negative you are". Yet, Allahu Haqq. The fact that everyone (ourselves included) are so sensitive to hearing truth nowadays, only shows how much shirk we are committing and how far away we are from truth of reality. Islam is truth, and the strength (ya Jalal) to speak truth.
