Jack becoming a prophet of Gehenna is such a disappointment for me... He was the level headed, experienced guy who sees how everything works so well he can just troll all the powerplayers into killing each other in an all out war exploiting their superstitiousness coming from the time they are born in since all older vampires are old timers due to their sheer lifespan, and just laughs at the stupidity. Ah well you can't have everything.

While he thinks the Camarilla are snobby assholes, he sneers at the Sabbat for thinking they're fighting against the Antedeluvians when in fact they're probably the *most* controlled by the old fangies. So I can definitely see him as a prophet of Gehenna...but with a more intelligent view of it.

Hey, Outstar! A few corrections: - The pier (and other still images shown during the Twitch stream) appears to be Seattle, not Santa Monica. We'll see for sure next month, I suppose. - Many (but not all) the events of the Gehenna: The Final Night (~2004) novel are no longer canon: Jack dies in the novel, but his return to piracy and departure to Libertatia happens afterwards. As of Beckett's Jyhad Diary (set in 2005), Jack is still alive (well, undead, but you know). - Likewise, Beckett lives past the Withering, since the entirety of BJD takes place after the Gehenna novel. On page 22 of V5, you can see a note from Beckett indicating he's alive at least into 2015. Letters on pages 23 and 24 are dated to 2009, which isn't as recent, but reinforces he's still around. - Nines and Therese also both showed up recently on LA by Night during a meeting of the barons. Total appearances or mentions on LA by Night: Abrams, Nines, Therese, and Strauss - Other characters: Damsel shows up throughout chapters 7 and 8 of Beckett's Jyhad Diary, and you can see an email from her ("damselinnodistress") on a cell phone in the Brujah section of V5. Mitnick (signing a message as "kcintim") appears on p. 502 of BJD.

The shot looks super similarly to the view from thin-blood beach in Bloodlines - when you compare it to the screenshot from Project Vaulderie, it's almost the same!

She mentions in one letter that Strauss has left LA (and that she actually almost misses him, as the Tremere currently in the city are kind of crazy by comparison).

@Ian Robertson Giovanni are an independent clan so they aren't in either. Each clan in the camarilla has what's known as antitribu bloodlines. So there are sabbat ventrue, gangral, bruja, etc. Except tremere antitribu who I think all got killed.

Jack's dead? That sucks to say the least 😞 At least most of my other favorite characters from the game are alive. Like Jeanette, Therese (I'm glad they both canonically survive BTW), VV, Nines... Too bad about the Tremere though. They are my favorite clan in Bloodlines. Two more fun facts about Nines: 1. The name of the actor who voices him in Bloodlines is also Armando. 2. If you play as a Malkavian, you get a unique piece of dialogue right after he saves you from the Sabbat: Nines: Name's Nines. Malkavian Player: What happened to one through eight? Nines: Same thing that happens to a lot of Anarchs, Malk. But you already know that somehow, don't ya? This could mean there were eight more role models for the anarchs like him. Buuut as far as I know, that bit of conversation is the only lead we have, so there is no way to confirm it.

I"m honestly quite happy to hear that the Tourette ending is the canon one for the Voerman sisters -- and that their ultimate plan was to join both the Anarchs and the Camarilla! Imho it was a stroke of genius to break up the pyramide. It just gives players way more options going forward, it was pretty much impossible to play a non-Camarilla Tremere in older editions! :D But even if you were to play a Cammie Tremere it would lend itself to a (potentially) more complex situation. Because your house would still expect total loyalty, but wouldn't be able to easily enforce it through the rigid hierarchy of blood bonds anymore :)

At the time the WoD was more about the uncertainty of Gehenna and the religious stuff being real or not I guess. @@elixxon really, in that case, it's weird because from all the scene from the game like the one I remember what the malkavian girl in Santa Monica beach, said that the father ( the father of vampires) behind the smiling men. where the ending he was behind jack. Plus all the bad air or something wrong that sensed by not only by all the elder vampires but even the witch that felt by Pisha (the one who eats people). Also if he was fake than malkavian vision would eventually reveal itself, like how Lacroix assassinates Groute because of fearing his visions reveal the prince's plan.

What about the neonate? I always like to imagine the Neonate as some overpowered vampire that had a lot of still unknown potential even after the events of Bloodlines. I wish they make him a very important character in the Bloodlines sequel, although it might be very difficult to do as it could be different to track as canon, considering every person playing Bloodlines makes a different character as their main character. Maybe you will play again as the neonate in the sequel, which I guess would also be hard to implement as you can't start a game with an overpowered character. After typing this, I realize that it is very likely that there won't be any talk or mention of the Neonate in the sequel. :(

Both Nines and Therese Voerman have been played by guests on the show (the guy who played Nines absolutely nailed it) - that is, the characters have made guest appearances on the show played by guest voice actor friends of the cast and crew. Also, Mark Meer (that is, Commander Shepard) played a hilarious snooty Toreador (the sire of one of the main PC's).

First time I played this game, I roleplayed the hell out of it. My toreador was a happy go lucky dude, who was more interested in talking than fighting, and prefered to sneak rather than go all out, once he needed to fight. All in all, he was a decent guy - right up until they killed Heather. Not gonna lie, I had a minor freakout when they killed Heather - and he had a major one. There were just not enough Sabat in LA to satisfy his lust for vengeance. I'd like to think that, at the end of the game, after flipping off the anarchs and walking away, he just went off to fight more Sabat. Coming across his end surrounded by ash and thinking of his Heather in his final moments.

You're right *and* wrong - it does look like Santa Monica Pier from Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines, which this whole video is about (they obviously made a way smaller and abandoned version of it), gives ALL the vibes for that particular location from the first game. However, something I overlooked are the lights in the distance. Based on the location of developer and some search around, the community was able to determine this is actually a pier in Seattle. :)

Some random things that I've wondered about during my playthroughs with Bloodlines: 1) Bloodlines is, of course, based on _Vampire: The Masquerade_ tabletop, including the _Kindred of the East_ supplements (seen here through Ming Xiao and the rest of LA's Kuei-Jin) and the _Kindred of the Ebony Kingdom_ supplement (LaCroix's Sheriff, who followed LaCroix out of Africa about 200 years ago. And can we all just agree that the Sheriff's Bloodline is Nagloper - who are, more or less, African Tzimisce - already?), as well as _The Inquisition,_ which details the Society of Leopold. However... 2) Bloodlines also flirts with two or three of V:TM's sister games in the Classic World of Darkness, in particular, Werewolf: The Apocalypse (the pack of werewolf blood in one of your earlier quests, as well as the whole scene in Griffith Park), Wraith: The Oblivion (the Ocean House) and, perhaps, Hunter: The Reckoning as well; while the monastery in Bloodlines is thick with Gladeus Dei ("Sword of God") hunters from the Society of Leopold, Grunfeld Bach himself demonstrates a few paranormal abilities which go well beyond the capabilities of Gladius Dei knights, including the powers of True Faith. Bach's power to blind our protagonist with blinding light (and what looks almost like a vision of Heaven if you pause it just right) is similar to that of Radiate (Innocence 3), his bursts of super speed could be explained as the use of Surge (Vengeance 4), and his momentary spells of invulnerability or resistance to harm - including your Kindred's attacks - may be Rejuvenate (Defense 2) in action. Plus, if Bach is pretty darned good at ferretting out and identifying Kindred - from LaCroix to our protagonist to Ash Rivers - despite the Masquerade and the Kindred's other attempts at subterfuge, he may be versed in either Illuminate (Innocence 2), Witness (Martyrdom 2) and/or Discern (Judgement 1) as well. Grunfeld Bach strikes me as being a merciless, driven, wrathful and high-Zeal sort of hunter - I'd guess his Creed to be Avenger, with Judge as my second guess - so I could definitely see him wielding such Zeal-based Edges as Defense, Vengeance and Judgement. But while it's certainly possible, I don't see him being quite so versed in the Edges of Mercy (Innocence, Martyrdom and Redemption). As per our protagonist's chats with Bach and LaCroix, it seems that Bach's family has been hunting Sebastian LaCroix for quite some time, over a century or so. But the Imbued are a relatively new phenomenon, emerging with the approaching Time of Judgement and with the Messengers selecting the first mortals to be Imbued only within the past half a century. So while it's unlikely that Bach's forebears were anything more than the Society of Leopold's rank-and-file Inquisitors and Gladeus Dei knights - with or without the powers of True Faith - it is possible that Grunfeld Bach himself was graced by the Messengers and became Imbued at some point. And if he's Imbued _and_ possessed of True Faith...ooh. Scary.

3) The Ocean House. Okay, I love me some Wraith: The Oblivion, admittedly even more than Vampire, Werewolf and Hunter; of all the CWoD games, Wraith is the greatest at raping your mind, both in-character and out-of-character (though the whole "Question reality" aspect of Mage: The Ascension is also pretty good at that). So in this Bloodlines scenario, we have four wraiths haunting the Ocean House: the axe-crazy husband Ed, the wife (whose name we never learn, so I'll just call her Wifey) sometimes seen wandering the hallways, the daughter Tiffany (whom we glimpse running through the basement) and the son Ed Junior. The Ocean House is obviously their Haunt (a "home base" to which many a wraith is bound, with the benefit that a Haunt can protect wraiths from the ravages of Maelstroms, invading hordes of Spectres and the like), and the locket is a Fetter to either Ed or Wifey. Fetters are objects or living creatures which link a wraith to the Skinlands (the world of the living) and which can anchor a wraith to their locations (which is helpful if your wraith gets his butt kicked and needs somewhere to remanifest after the ensuing Harrowing). Each Fetter was in some way significant to the wraith while he or she was alive, either positively (ie. a cherished old hat which he wore every day until he died) or negatively (ie. the leather belt which his abusive father used to thrash him bloody and senseless throughout his childhood). And destroying a Fetter can damage or jeopardize a wraith's existence - possibly even plunging the wraith into a Destruction Harrowing, with failure to emerge from that Harrowing unmaking the wraith's soul and plunging him into Oblivion forever - yet on the other hand, a wraith who willfully sheds or casts aside a Fetter takes one step closer to attaining Transcendence, the "crossing over" in which a wraith finds peace and abandons the afterlife, moving on to a fate unknown. I may be wrong, but I'm inclined to think that the locket was _Ed's_ Fetter, due to its role as the catalyst which drove Ed into his irrational and murderous fit of jealousy. I don't think that Ed became Shadow-eaten and corrupted by Oblivion into becoming a spectre, seeing as spectres lose their connection with the Skinlands and can neither perceive nor influence anything in the Skinlands (unless the spectre is possessed of the Dark Arcanos, Shroud-Rending); I think that Ed's just a real bastard of a wraith, and he's the main reason why his wife and kids are trapped in the Ocean House. So I'm thinking that, if our protagonist recovers the locket and hands it to Therese, then Therese destroys the Fetter, Ed is plunged into a Destruction Harrowing from which he never emerges, and without Ed there to intimidate them and to keep them under his thumb, Wifey, Tiffany and Ed Junior are free to leave the Ocean House and get on with their afterlives. They may return to their Haunt and hang out there, but with Ed gone, they'll more than likely just keep to themselves in the Shadowlands (the world of the dead, the part of the Underworld that exists in the same place as the Skinlands), and none of the living folks hanging around the Ocean House afterwards will ever know they're there. On the other hand, if you hand the locket to Jeanette, she throws it into the ocean (thus removing it from the threat of being destroyed), and you've just obliterated any chance of getting rid of Ed and allowing his family any peace in the afterlife. I tried this option once and _immediately_ felt horrible about it; the chance to have sex with Jeanette just isn't worth sentencing three innocent souls to forever-and-a-day of Hell on Earth, not in _my_ book. Now, the wraiths themselves (and, by extension, their Guilds and Arcanoi). Ed, Wifey and Tiffany are all seen manifesting in the Skinlands at various points during our foray through the Ocean House; these appearances are typical uses of Embody, and with as much detail of their appearances as we see, all three of them are _at least_ moderately versed in Embody. Ed doesn't move at all and makes no sounds before he cancels his own Embody use and vanishes from the Skinlands, so he's probably limited to Statue (Embody 3); Wifey and Tiffany, however, walk around, run around, wail, scream and cry while manifested, so they're showing the effects of Life-in-Death (Embody 4); they still have their ghostly pallor and appearances, which places their Embody use just shy of Materialize (Embody 5), the point at which they would be completely indistinguishable from living, breathing people while manifested. But while Ed isn't very good with Embody, his talents with Outrage are on point! He throws numerous small objects at our vampire, courtesy of Death's Touch (Outrage 4); Death's Touch can also ignite fires - like those erupting from the stove when Ed has our vampire cornered in the kitchen - but, considering that each use of Death's Touch eats 3 Pathos, and considering that wraiths can't have more than 10 Pathos at a time, I'm left wondering how Ed can go nuts in that kitchen and start throwing dozens of kitchen utensils around without completely draining himself. Maybe his Passions include "Beat the crap out of any goddamned trespassers in my goddamned hotel (Fear)" or somesuch...whatever would recharge his Pathos batteries - from whatever emotion our vampire's feeding amid that tempest of flying objects - while _actively using_ his Arcanoi in that role. Outrage can also be used to damage objects or surfaces...for example, hastily carving "GET OUT!" in the wallpaper mere seconds after our vampire enters a bedroom and Ed momentarily kills the lights. But if Ed's _that_ good with Outrage, then why doesn't he just haul off and directly smack our vampire out of the blue with Stonehand Punch (Outrage 3)? His axe is obviously a Relic; like Fetters, Relics are things that were significant in a wraith's bygone life, the difference being that objects which are _destroyed or forever lost_ materialize in the Underworld as Relics. The axe was significant because it was Ed's murder weapon; he butchered his wife and kids with that axe, then he set the hotel ablaze, his axe was consumed in the flames and voila! Relic axe. So if Ed _really_ wanted to put the hurt on our hero/heroine, he could fire up the Outrage and start swinging that axe around, and suddenly our protagonist's body starts sprouting wounds from being slashed, hewed and chopped by a phantasmal force, with no chance of retaliating against Ed. (I don't know why WoD gamers always whined about Wraith: The Oblivion allegedly sucking because "wraiths can't interact with my vampire, wah!" like they don't have a clue about Wraith. When that Shroud separating the Skinlands from the Shadowlands grows thin, that's _exactly_ why wraiths are OP as hell under the right circumstances! And the tales of Giovanni Kindred catching a bloody smackdown from summoning up and/or attempting to bind the wrong wraith - or, even worse, a spectre - are _plentiful,_ regardless of how the Giovanni themselves may attempt to convince you otherwise.)

The little toy car ringing its bell and rolling out into the hallway behind our vampire? That could be either Wraithgrasp (Outrage 2) or, if the toy is any sort of machine, Gremlinize (Inhabit 3). Ed is clearly versed in Outrage, but I don't see him playing with little toy cars while he's trying to frighten our vampire out of the hotel. So it's probably one of the kids - whichever one was attached to that toy and/or whoever's most mechanically inclined - moving that toy around, perhaps out of habit or for the sake of amusement, or perhaps as a cry for help to our protagonist. I don't know how that elevator would come free of its safety devices and come rocketing down the shaft at our vampire, but either Outrage (to yank, push, pull or smack some release lever, hydraulic brake line or whatever) or Inhabit (to possess the elevator and make it do whatever you want) are the most likely suspects. What was Ed's role while working in that hotel? Was he a maintenance worker of some sort? That might explain the boiler in the basement going nuts, shaking itself apart and launching high-speed bolts at you; Inhabit can do that too. The laundry machine in the basement - the one in which Ed Junior's head was found - tumbling, making "OMG there's a human head bouncing around in here!" noises and turning on and off by itself? That's Inhabit again, the better to lure your vampire into finding that old newspaper about Ed Junior's death. Perhaps Ed Junior was a pint-sized mechanical prodigy; I can only wonder what he could build with a good-sized box of Tinker Toys. But considering that Wifey and the kids _want_ us to find that locket and will oppose Ed's efforts to keep us away from that locket by leading our vampire right to it, my money says that Wifey's the one who blanketed that burned-out hotel suite with the illusion of that suite returning to its pristine, pre-fire state, at least until the locket is recovered and Wifey drops the illusion, deciding that she's overdue for some breaktime. Hallucinatory terrain like _that_ would be the work of Phantasmagoria (Phantasm 4). But the big, phantasmal, purple flames which engulf the stairs leading up to that suite? Dark Ether (Pandemonium 3), unless the purple flames can actually _burn_ people, which would be more along the lines of Phantasmagoria (again), but with 1 Corpus spent to give the illusion some physical "oomph". It seems that Ed was a ghost of many talents (and more than one Arcanos). So as far as Guilds (the "Clans" and "Bloodlines" of W:TO), these signs point to Ed being a Spook (masters of Outrage, who often serve Stygian society as thugs and enforcers and who are generally a bunch of angry, malcontent, potentially violent bastards). Wifey is either a Proctor (masters of Embody, formerly messengers between the Dead and the Quick, before Charon himself laid down the Dictum Mortuum and put the kibosh on that) or a Sandman (masters of Phantasm and wraiths once charged with grooming and socially engineering the living, either through visible and/or tactile illusions (while the mortals are awake) or through induced or altered dreams and nightmares (while they're asleep)). For want of other evidence, we'll have to assume that Tiffany's a Proctor and that Ed Junior's a budding Artificer (masters of Inhabit, the ones who built Stygia from the ground up and who continue to serve Stygian justice by Soulforging naughty wraiths, including the wraiths who insist on violating the Dictum Mortuum through wanton use of Embody, Outrage, Pandemonium, Phantasm, Keening, Usury or, yes, Inhabit itself; kill three-hundred mortals by possessing an airliner and causing it to fall out of the sky and into Times Square, and you _will_ answer for it). No, wraiths and Stygia's justice system don't consider vampires to be mortals. So wraiths can shove your vampire around _all year long_ without ever putting a dent in the Dictum Mortuum and ruffling the Heirarchy's feathers. That would explain all the wraith-on-Giovanni smackdowns. Sucks to be you, bloodsucker! :-P

4) And, finally, the Garou. The packs of werewolf blood could come from _any_ sort of Garou - from a Bone Gnawer to a Get of Fenris to a Red Talon to even a frackin' Black Spiral Dancer - and aside from genetics and taste (as discerned by the expert senses of the Kindred), werewolf blood looks like most any other blood. So the blood's neither here nor there. We don't get a very good look at the Garou who tackles Nines Rodriguez, but we get a _big_ eyeful of the one who chases our vampire around the observatory in Crinos form! This werewolf is strictly hack-and-slash; he never uses a single Gift, Steps Sideways, shapeshifts to his other forms or employs any of the Garou's other supernatural abilities, so that doesn't exactly help us narrow things down. All we know about him is that A) he has brown fur, B) he lives in a forest, C) he lives in Southern California, D) he hates vampires with a passion, and E) he remains in Crinos form after his death. His fur color and general appearance _can_ help us narrow things down. Silver Fangs and Get of Fenris tend to have mid- to lighter-colored fur (like white, silver, gray, golden or tawny), so our pursuer's not likely to be one of those guys. Bone Gnawers tend to look like absolute mutts, with patches of color all over their bodies and often with ears, snouts and other body parts that are less "wolf" and more "dog"; Bone Gnawers also tend to be more tolerant of vampires and other Wyrm-tainted creatures (if only to gain the advantage of observing the vampire/fomor/BSD/Euthanatos _barabbi/_ whatever for a while, deciding if that creature needs to be taken out and, if so, deciding on the _best way_ to take that creature out) and they're almost always city-dwellers, not wilderness-dwellers. So Bone Gnawers are out, as are Glass Walkers, for the same "city-dwelling" and "Wyrm-tolerant" reasons. Black Spiral Dancers are _way_ out; they're the Wyrm Incarnate, so they're more likely to shake hands with the Kindred and try to broker some nasty, corrupting bargain with them than to charge the Kindred with the intent of forcibly removing their heads. The Children of Gaia are the "peaceniks" of the Garou who often serve as mediators and liaisons between Garou and non-Garou; they try to avoid unnecessary bloodshed, despite their beastly nature, and they're more likely to sit down with the Kindred, talk things through and determine if the Kindred are indeed a threat to the local Kinfolk, to the local wildlife or to the environment and the natural order on the whole. The Stargazers are pretty much your quasi-monastic "Zen Meditation" sorts who also prefer to leave violence as a last resort; while most of the Garou carried out the Impergium and went nuts on humanfolk way back when, the Stargazers were sinking into a deep, mass depression over the whole thing, to the point where the Children of Gaia had to take a break from trying to _stop_ the Impergium and try to talk the Stargazers out of their funk. And the Silent Striders are often nomadic (which makes them unlikely to be our forest-dwelling assailant) and more focused on dealing with wraiths and the rest of the spirit world of the Umbras. So Children of Gaia, Stargazers and Silent Striders are out. As for the Native American Tribes, the Wendigo - though sufficiently warlike and rustic - are typically fair-furred and tend to live much further north than So Cal. The Uktena are South American and Southern North American, and their fur tends to be dark, but they're not all that warlike and they're typically slow to anger; every Uktena may as well be a Theurge, for as much as they concern themselves with spiritual matters. And the Croatan are extinct. So our Griffith Park Garou is unlikely to be a Wendigo, and he kinda-sorta _could_ (but probably isn't) an Uktena, and he's sure as hell not a Croatan. (Like I said, these are by no means absolutes. I Storytold a pan-World of Darkness campaign for four or five years, and one of my players who was in that campaign for its entirety played a dark-furred Wendigo Ahroun, and through the course of that campaign, that Wendigo travelled everywhere from Chicago, Illinois, to the Mojave Desert, to the mountains of Montana, to the Yukon Territory in Canada, to Stuttgart, Germany (where he got to confront a 600-year-old Austrian Tzimisce and get his claws messy by going mano-a-mano with the Tzimisce's pet vozhd), to Ross Island - and Mount Terror - in friggin' _Antarctica._ That Wendigo was by no means tied to one spot, particularly since he and the rest of his party were on the run from the Technocracy at the time. But I digress.) So that leaves the Fianna, the Black Furies, the Shadow Lords and the Red Talons. The Fianna are the least warlike of these four Tribes, but they're by no means slouches; there was _plenty_ of Fianna-on-Fianna violence and bloodshed during the Troubles in Ireland, and the BSD's had some good laughs about _that._ The Black Furies are big, hairy Amazons; they're all about the violence, particularly against men who prey on women, but that won't stop them from trying to cut your Kindred off at the neck. The Shadow Lords are largely Machiavellian, House-Lannister-esque schemers and plotters, but they're always keen on one-upping the Silver Fangs (like Starscream to Megatron, or like a Brujah - with a Tremere's work ethic - to a Ventrue), and their Tribe's resumé includes a great many assassinations performed for the benefit of those plots and schemes; they're certainly not too noble to tear into a Kindred who sticks his nose where it doesn't belong. And the Red Talons? If you walk on two legs and you're not a bird, they automatically hate you and would sleep very well after chasing you down and ripping you in half. And the Red Talons _very rarely_ live anywhere outside the forests, hills and plains, and even more rarely stray into the cities of man. To muddy the waters further, it's back to the Furies for a bit: Only females born to Black Furies are allowed to claim membership in the Black Furies Tribe. Way back in Ancient Greece, any boys born to Black Furies were killed soon after birth, but since then, the Furies have adopted a "live and let live" stance concerning their male offspring; instead of killing their baby boys, they hand the babies off to Garou from _other_ Tribes to be reared by them instead. Males and females are almost indistinguishable from each other when they're in Crinos form; the only way to tell them apart is to get a good look at the Garou's genitalia, which is a difficult prospect, more so when the Garou's actively trying to eat your face. So _maybe_ that Crinos-form Garou chasing your vampire through Griffith Park's a female Black Fury, or _maybe_ it's a naturally warlike _male_ Child of Gaia who was a _male_ Black Fury at birth before being handed off to the Children (and continues to be naturally warlike no matter how often his foster parents rapped his knuckles with a big stick and yelled, "No! No attacking! Let that hiker go!"). Confused yet? And the Garou's Breed? All Garou revert to their natural forms after they die...for example, getting caught in a closing observatory aperture, with the foot-tons of automated force quickly converting Lethal Damage to Aggravated Damage and reducing his upper torso to jelly. Homid Garou die and revert to (often naked) humans, Lupus Garou die and revert to wolves. Only Metis Garou remain in their Crinos forms after death, and Metises are born when a werewolf mates with and impregnates another werewolf. Metises have the least trouble assuming the dreaded Crinos form, but the price they pay for that edge is some sort of deformity, the mark of Gaia's scorn that can never be removed: a club foot, a hunchback, no claws, insanity, hairlessness, a persistent human face (even in Crinos, Hispo or Lupus form), and so on. Metises also face scorn and ostracism from the majority of Garou; it's against Garou Law for Garou to mate with each other, after all. Red Talons are the only tribe without Homids; their inherent loathing for humans prevents all amorous feelings towards them. So stand someone who's both human _and_ Wyrm-tainted - for example, a vampire - in front of the Red Talons and it's on like fireworks! (These anti-human sentiments also mean that Red Talons are very reluctant to shift to their Homid and Glabro forms, even though they're perfectly capable of doing so.) But Red Talons certainly have a few Metises among the ranks, just like the rest of the Tribes do; some Red Talons are in Lupus form packing around with the local wolves, mating season hits, a rutting Red Talons stud meets a Red Talons bitch in heat, nature takes its course and we end up with a Red Talons Metis. *So...* Although we have no solid confirmation of our beastly friend's Auspice, given his simplistic "Kill kill die die" style, he's most likely to be an Ahroun, the "warrior class" of Garou society and those Garou born under the Full Moon lunar phase. Griffith Park's near Los Angeles but at a higher point of elevation...far enough from the city for a Red Talons to feel cozy enough living in those woods, I think. So I'm placing my bet and saying that the Garou chasing us around the observatory in _Bloodlines_ is a Metis Red Talons Ahroun. My ears are open if you have any differing judgements or opinions, of course. Let's hear them! :-)

Thank you for all your hard work researching this! I'm also hoping for a new VtM game soon done in the style of Bloodlines since Bloodlines is my favorite game of all time thus far. While I'd be okay going to Santa Monica and everything again, as well as seeing some returning characters, I'd also be completely okay with completely new locations and characters for the sheer sake of more exposure to stuff in The World of Darkness. We didn't get to see Followers of Set, much in the way of Lasombra, mages, werewolves not in Crinos (murder-y) form, Changelings, demons, and bunches of other cool stuff that exists in the setting. I would throw so much money at games in these settings done well.

E and Lily are still alive! They're discussed on page 158 of the _Anarch_ sourcebook for V5, where it's revealed that the player-character canonically had sex with both of them. E is now in a relationship with a mortal woman, and somehow managed to get her pregnant despite being a vampire. Based on the 15th Generation flaw from V20, as well as Dr. Netchurch's experiments, I think it's likely that E's child will be a Revenant.

When / if a new Vampire the masquerade game comes out ( hopefully PC and not a damn mobile game ) ,it will be nice to see all the videos you will make. I hope it does happen and that it will be received well by the community.I truly hope it's a success because this franchise is a goldmine,it just needs the right devs to pick up where Troika left off.

If CP2077 lives up to rpg expectations, then my vote would be for CDPR to dev a WOD rpg. I like all the splats (Demon/Vamp/Mage/Wwolf/Fae/Prome/Hunter/Wraith) Did I miss any? It'd be cool if CDPR made a Masquerade game with a touch of the other splats sprinkled in.

This is a great update! I had no idea about most of these. Bloodlines is still one of my favorite games, so it's cool to see how those characters have changed. I watch LA By Night, so I knew some of them, but they've only touched on a few. For those not following LA By Night, we've recently seen Gary and the other Nosferatu, as well as Therese and Nines, and Strauss. I'm not sure what the status of that show is in terms of canonicity, but it is being helmed by Jason Carl, who is one of the writers for White Wolf. So I would say that, while the events in the show itself may or may not be canon, the broad elements (Therese being a Baron of Santa Monica for example) is probably safe to consider as canon. Also, if you like V:TM, and you're not watching it, you're really missing out.

Oh boy pls, please dont get rushed and be good. But yeah Excited, kinda hoped for a new location but Im also happy to visit the old places again. I would love to see Therese/Jeanette, and Vv, I also liked Chunk he's optimist happy nature grew on me. Oh and Gary. I also liked the Baron of hollywood even if he just wanted to manipulate me, I still think he's was and is the best guy to work for, oh and Romero was a great too.
