why is everyone assuming that one singular 5 star should be able to clear PF easily regardless of element or mob type? Every unit in the game has their strengths and weaknesses even within the mode they excel in. There should be no expectation for one unit to just automatically be good regardless.

@@daijoubun6648 Hoyoverse sells Pure fiction bots at a premium. Eruditions who only work in Pure fiction. Yet Argenti, Jade, and Rappa(with no Lingsha) all AVG score below expectations this cycle. The product isn’t working correctly. Imagine if Boothill was failing to break gauges in Apoc and scored below Yanqing. That’s how dumb Argenti scoring worse than Welt is.

Basic ahh mechanics, for mid damage scaling for a DPS. That's my take on him. Nowadays, DPS has essays for their kits. Heck, we got a meme of Jade's passive being only 5 words short than the whole Argenti's kit description (which includes Argenti's basic, skill, Ultimate (Both Versions) and Talent's description.

Yeah at the end of the day Blade, Argenti and jing liu would still be viable if the simply had higher stats. Sure the kits of modern units are also more stacked but Argenti with a 30-50% dmg increase would solve all his problems in pf

My E0S1 Argenti with E2 Sparkle does better in MoC than PF 😂. I can clear current MoC first side in 3 Cycles but I can’t get 30k on either side for this PF 😢

The new changes to pure fiction might help him out so we'll see in 2.7. Personally, I never regretted getting Argenti bc he clears everything for me, especially in apocalyptic shadow, if there's phys weakness

Argenti is rising again to T0 in 2.7 He's a Hypercarry unit that needs energy regen supports. Sparkle can't make he good but in 2.7 there's someone that can AND, the new format of PF is much better for him.

2 big things here are Pokke isnt running the new ULT DAMAGE and SKILL set (argentis sources of damage). And presumeably tingyun wasnt on sacerdos. I cant see the icons though so maybe im wrong on that half. More importantly though its speaking for how increasingly unbalanced pf is becoming

At 0E Sparkle is better than E0 Robin for Argenti in my experience. You get a higher frequency of attacks. It is especially good if you are using a hyper speed Sparkle with DDD and wind set.

Argenti has typical problem of the 1.c character: Boring kit: Literally skill, do damage, ult, do damage and nothing else, not even a special charge, it's energy. His scalings might seem big, but for 180 energy, it isn't worth it. People even was wary of this and they were right, in any scenarios other than 5 enemies, Argenti takes almost a cycle and a half to fully charge. For a scales that is as much as Yunli's one ult? That's just sad, even if it has smart targettings, its scalings is still too mediocre to meet the standards.

Argenti+Robin+HuoHuo+Herta seem like the best team - Argenti sweeps everyone's HP, and Herta spins a few times after he deals with them => using Robin's ult damage mostly focused on those that remain, but still being useful in clearing AoE as well (as well as for a lot of actions for Robin to charge off of, but the moment you don't, you got no DDD). Sometimes it's a good trade-off.

I thought your huo huo healed very little tbh, you have stacked so much speed on her that her hp is lacking and her lc doesnt give her healing boost either, so its not shocking she was barely healing, im sure you have your strats with speedy huo huo+quid pro quo especially for this energy hungry team, but in my exp a slower huo huo with 7k hp and a healing boost lightcone will never let your team even close to death. She obv wont heal much if she doesnt have any stats for healing, it wasnt a good position for her in that team to be focused on energy battery. Linghsa fortunately doesnt have that problem because her heals scale off her must-have stat and shes also not used as an energy battery usually

kinda confused to be honest... I find it's a struggle to not clear with 40k points with Argenti? Even when the cycle doesn't favour him. Am I just going crazy or anyone else feel this too? I think he's still one of the best pure fiction characters next to jade and superbreak teams.

Because people are dumb and implusive. Argenti has been maxing scoring every pure fiction since release and people have saying how crazy it was he wasn't a tier zero unit in pure fiction. Then we get one pure fiction stage that is completely biased towards dot, acheron, and counter teams and then people start clowning on him and forget the past few months of him dominating every previous pure fiction. They a week long attention span, every week a unit becomes the flavour of the week that's okay to hate even though nothings changed about the game, it's just hoyo doing thier obvious sales bait by making the new content heavily favour the character they want to sell.

Argenti has the same problem as Jing Yuan as both of them have back loaded damage whereas other characters who are similar (Erudition) like Herta, Jade, Himeko do more consistent damage due to their follow ups. Argenti has a skill that does wet noodle damage and needs to wait to build up to his Ult which even that has mid multipliers. In Pure Fiction it is better to do consistent damage every turn than wait for that one big hit every other turn.

Tbf this might actually only be due to FUAs. And once eventually FUA comps die out in favor of whatever's coming next, Herta and Himeko will adios and no one will talk about 1.x characters again except RM for the time being

@@colonelcider8292 I would talk about it in more detail but basically now that we know Rememberance path is coming out, there is a high chance it's the summoner path where summons may not even function like the current LL Numby and Fuxuan types of summons, but something more akin to what we saw in the new SU and that one summon-based event that came before that. As we all know by now hoyo loves putting new mechanics into events early for a testing phase and probably to make us more excited for it. Assuming those kinds of summons happen, and they are a lot more op than current FUA/dot/break teams or whatever, but require completely new kinds of buffers, or even sustainers, just to work as intended, it's gonna be one hell of a gamechanger for sure and highly likely to completely overshadow most if not all of the current team archetypes we have

So even if we were to assume summons kill FUA (and every other archetype), summoners would technically still be a FUA unit Also how can you say that they are a lot more OP than the current top teams when they're not even out yet and no kits have been released to even estimate? In your head they release summons and every other archetype just dies? Logically that makes no sense Hoyoverse wouldn't make any money from any newly released character unless they're a summoner Plus you still need two teams :/ BTW FUA teams were around before super break and Acheron and were still a top team, competing with them. After Feixiao they became the top team again. If anything this just shows how resilient FUA units/teams are Traditional FUA teams might not be the top team in a summons Meta but they're certainly not going to be the worst, and certainly won't die

Without that Robin E2, Argenti would need 2 small ults instead of 1 (and a skill) so the clear would be TWICE AS SLOW. So i dont think he can even 30k at all unless theres a sub dps that carry him like Jiaoqiu, Jade,.... A unit that struggle to do 30k (the minimum to clear) being in tier 0.5 is obviosly overrated.

Idk if can talk leaks here but if you have a Hypercarry of 1.X, Robin + Huohuo + Chicken Wings (E0S1) you can make even a Seele do 2 cycles in MoC with e0s0, Blade cause 130k constant in single target, Jing Yuan doing 400k in LL 10 stacks and advacing his summon, Argenti clearing PF in 2 cycles with a normal Hypercarry build and Dan Heng E0S1 - E1S1 being better than Dan Heng E2S1 with Sparkle
