I made the artwork for the song S.O.S (Tell Me Where You At) which you featured in your video, when the song first came out using an old photoshoot, I find it funny it's still out there! Blu Cantrell has never stopped making music FYI. She has continued to work with different producers, experimented with different sounds but the tracks were either dumped or never finished. Ok I definitely have to comment and I may be wrong but this what I think...... Beyoncé wants to and has to be the most glamorous, the most beautiful and the most exotic black woman in that scene. She has to the the top one. Anyone who threatens that must go down. I really feel this is why the former member Farrah was kicked out..... she was lighter than Beyoncé, better grade of hair and light eyes and could sing just as good. So no spotlight only on Beyoncé..... huge problem in her eyes so she’s gotta go. Now on yo Blu Cantrell, same deal. She was lighter than Beyoncé (and actually more exotic because she is half white), had light eyes and had the blonde hair thing, and had a much better voice then Beyoncé. We used to hang back in the day and you left out a whole lot, so I'll try to fill in.. She actually did date Jay-Z and like 5 other people at the same damn time I know because I was there, this was back in 2001 she was also dating Eric Benet whom was married to Halle Berry at the time and she was dating a female backup dancer (yes she was bi) and she was dating Tricky Stewart and dabbling with Diddy but she was more of a lesbian than anything else. She was really 37 saying she was 27. We met because she tried to get with me but we just ended up hanging out because I'm straight. Jay-Z from what I saw liked her but wouldn't break it off with Beyonce either. I believe he did name his daughter Blu after Blu. It didn't help that her past porno pics from blacktail surfaced then Blu later got on drugs really bad and became a full fledged lesbian and it was downhill from there the she had a breakdown and was found on the streets saying Jay-Z was trying to kill her which I could believe based on what he did to Cathy White (another Jay-Z mistress) that died 3 days before she was set to give a interview to a big tabloid magazine. Now Blu has gained a lot of weight and her age is starting to show but the girl can still blow circles around Beyonce any day.
