The music you created for this video was really something else. I can seriously hardly describe it. Not only did it help accent the story with building intensity, but it also had the weird effect of making everything seem okay in the end (especially with the montage of dances at the end). Three months ago I had to get surgery and I almost went crazy just not being able to do anything in the recovery time. But your songs are still supporting others to go out there and get shit done, so in a way, you're still working, even though you gotta let it rest and heal up right now. And like, there's nothing more badass than being carried off stage after finishing multiple songs.

Seeing the clip of when it happened brought tears to my eyes remembering my knee injury, which was about 2 weeks before Kim's happened. I fractured my tibia and didn't need surgery, but I'm just getting back to walking after 2 months of doing nothing. I'm so sorry she had to go through this, but Kim's been such an inspiration for me through my recovery. I'll be sure to send a dance for Kim video once I can finally dance again! It may seem like a long time, but in the grand scheme of things this is nothing. You're a bad ass and nothing can keep you down! And Matt is incredible for helping out and all around being the best guy ever!

I remember you! It was really sad that you didn't finish your play, it was going really well! I knew you from some Facebook ads and your video was so freaking amazing, you recorded it with a Go Pro, and now that I had the chance to watch you live it was a prove that you're amazing and full of talent! I love you guys so much!!! I remember seeing you at the electric factory in Philly and being so close to Kim when she danced on the crowd, to this day it is one of my most favorite concerts!! I don't know what happened to Kim, but the fact that she was able to preserve through those 5 songs tellls me she'll have no problem in physical therapy. I tore my acl in 2015 and it was a long, hard 9 months of pt and training until I was able to return to the field. The key to any recovery is positively, patience, and hope. LOVE YOU GUYS!!! You both always put all you really have into your shows, doing your best to still put on an amazing show even when you guys may not feel well. Seeing the footage and the pictures of her rocking it as long as she could afterwards, I have so much respect for Kim, not that I didn't before, but like now it's a whole new level, it's funny the comment you made in the video, because when the picture of her from behind showed up I said out loud "she's such a fucking badass". We saw your show in Milwaukee at Sumerfest a while back and our friendship has never been the same since. We even rated all your songs (including the 2006 album) from best to worst. Tears. I've had some funny experiences on stage but I CAN NOT imagine the combination of adrenaline and dopamine and having something so serious happen literally the instant you are about to start! Never mind that it's a big festival thing where you've had hours and hours of build up waiting to go on. Because yeah, no matter how bad the injury is, you're just going to try and assume it's not that big of a deal and you'll feel better and forget about it in a few minutes. That's unbelievable.
