No I get it I don't expect the dude to want to do have a beer with me or even care if I think he is a garbage QB or the GOAT. I am just saying the reason Brady, Mahomes, Goff....all these superstar players they make millions. Not that they do not work hard but they get way more money for their hard work than most and they can be paid that money because the fans are buying their jerseys, watching the games they play in, buying their special edition shoes or whatever. If your coming off to your fans like "I don't give a dame about you get out of my face" to me that is pretty trashy. I'm not saying you even have to be nice to me just don't be a dick is all.... Like I said hard to judge maybe in that moment he was having a bad day and that guy hit him up or maybe that story is BS and is a rumor. Honestly, his injury to the Packers is what made me start respecting him. Because he did continue playing for a while. And it was the coach who benched him. His "emotionless" on the sidelines is bogus. People handle it differently. Withdrawn and dejection is a very emotional state. People who can't accept that, are the ones with an issue. I didn't know he had type 1 diabetes. That makes everything he did insanely more impressive. Honestly, to do ten years with it? It's amazing. And telling his wife to get a job when she wanted to take his stuff. Legend status.

In his time at Chicago, Cutler had six offensive coordinators. He’s had to adjust to a new offense nearly every season, working to master a playbook, then turning around to do it again. And yet he still put up record number YRDs and TDs with Bears. With no decent WRs or play calling.

Cole Sneed. I trained for years as a powerlifter and track thrower with the late Mike Lauderdale at UC, Santa Barbara and elsewhere in the U.S. The guy squatted 515, benchpressed 365, and deadlifted 530 in the late 1970s, plus threw the hammer about 200 feet, all weighing 195 lbs. He was a Type 1 diabetic and had no way to measure his blood sugar because the technology did not yet exist. He went through hell with that disease. He never used PEDs. If Cutler only suffered half the MISERIES with diabetes that Mike did, his college and pro football achievements should be respected.

Do you remember Week 17 of the 2013 season Bears vs. Packers at soldier field. Winner takes the division and makes playoffs loser goes home. Jay played Amazing lit it up and put the team on his shoulders. He threw a TD to marshall at the beginning of the 4th quarter to put the Bears up by 8 and the Defense shit the damn bed. Even still jay threw a great back shoulder pass to Alshon in with about 7 minutes to play on third down that would've sealed the deal. Alshon dropped it!. Then Marshall dropped one on the next drive. Can't blame Jay for everything and the media did him awful in his time with the bears also they were 7-3 in 2011 when johnny Knox slipped on his route and Cutler was picked. He hustled his ass off chasing down the DB and broke his throwing thumb attempting the tackle. They lost 7 of their final 8 games WITHOUT THAT SHITTY CUTLER AT QB. I'm glad bears fans have gotten just what they deserved since Jay left. Garbage Can QBS. You would think they might actually try to appreciate and boost the man's confidence when he's the best QB in their franchise history by a long shot even playing only like 8 seasons there. One of the toughest man ever to play quarterback he got destroyed and got up and played the next down numerous times

@cardtrix19703 жыл бұрын
@@charlesm7589 No...I didn't watch much Bear's football; only when they played the Packers. That said, I enjoyed Jay's time with the Bears, because I could count on a "W"(for the Pack) just about every time the two teams played. My opinion...has nothing to do with *Sportscenter* Jay was a bust from the get-go; Another College hot-shot who got chewed up in the Pros. I was surprised when the Bears obtained him from Denver, as the Broncos couldn't wait to dump/trade him. Body language does say a lot, & Cutler always gave off the impression that he was'nt really "into" the game, often walking around...sulking. That, and the guy was just a doofus. How more *clear* do I need to be?
@charlesm75893 жыл бұрын
@@cardtrix1970 Ha! I agree that the Bears have been the Packers whipping boys from Brett through today! Boy. I hate them packers. But body language is greatly overrated as any predictor of success. Your Mr. Rodgers doesnt show much emotion and he's a HOFer.

Still rock this man’s jersey. Getting diagnosed with type 1 diabetes later in life is hard. The idea that a CGM and insulin pump magically make everything work is bullshit, man. It requires a lot of conscious attention and effort 24/7 and that’s not an easy thing to get used to if you haven’t been doing it for YEARS. I give the man credit. You shouldn’t be able to be a diabetic NFL QB not because of physical limitations, but because there just shouldn’t be enough hours in the day. I think the fact he managed to do it at all deserves a tremendous amount of respect 🤙

QB gets injured. Fat guy sitting at home complaining that he didn’t play with an injury
@rdizzy14 жыл бұрын
Most QBs play with injuries, because they aren't pussies. Cutler was a pussy. Rivers played with a completely blown out and torn ACL. Cutler quit when he had nothing but a pull.
@ZachMeiester034 жыл бұрын
rdizzy1 you try to play with a broken anything in a football game with the other side only caring about how hard they hit you until you feel a NFL LB or DB hitting you just shut up. Cause if you were out there and got hit once you would have walked off every hit feels like a punch to the face breaking/ spraining or tearing something is even worse
