josh- as a pediatrician I would say not to put Skye to sleep if you think she is having an allergic reaction. even if she is very tired I would try to keep her awake as long as possible. then after about 2 hours after the reaction she could go to sleep. but I would still keep an eye on her while she is sleeping.
