What happens after a minor is arrested for making a threat against a school?

These kids are too young to fully understand what they are doing, i hope their lives are not ruined forever.

Those kids should never return to any school room. GED at home on line.

They don't fully understand the consequences of their actions. A dumb mistake when you are so young you haven't even gone through puberty shouldn't ruin their lives.
