What a great point. As soon as you cut compulsions, all symptoms get louder especially physical ones. I was just thinking about this yesterday. It's like our nervous system isn't used to an actual healing state only an addicted "comfort state". Thanks Nick 🤍

Do people get dopamine hits from self criticism? And seeing the wrong.

i have a question? i have sensory issues to touch! if i get a little hurt or even try to open a jar or my fingernails scratch on my skin i go in panic mode and i feel like dying! and the weird part is that it comes from left side of head and neck and my neck is all swollen. i know i have ocd but is this a part of it?

Hey Terilloo - It's important to remember ocd can latch onto anything! What is your core fear here?
