Mom and I live in her house....I'm 64 and she is 84 with dementia. 2006 Traveling salesman sales siding for their house. Dad can not read and Mom does just about whatever Dad says. They put their one acre and house up for collateral. Default on payment after paying $8000.00 in 2010. Dad dies 2010. Today, Jan 2019. Served papers. Place will be going up for sheriff sale. One acre and an old house that actually should be condemned. My social security and Mom's is what we live on. I'm tired, I'm very tired. How can this happen? Where do we go? What do we do? Nov 2018 served a law suit wanting 15, 000 more. Jan 2019 Sherriff Sale will come next. God please help us.

You threw away $927 of your client's money by bidding way over the opening bid. I got burned letting a Realtor bid on a property for me. That was the last time I let that happen. You need to change that if you're going to bid for someone else, or you're not doing your job right. They should let you state "One dollar over that".

curious (foreclosure auction) first mortgage holder receives all the money from the foreclosure auction. If the auction doesn't bring enough money to pay off the first mortgage, the second mortgage doesn't receive any payment and the loan is wiped clean from title.

@@fry6804 Yeah he(the bank) owns the property, makes you wonder tho why he is bidding on his (the banks) property. Just start the bidding on the owed amount as a min bid instead of playing a game like its a bid.
