Its kinda like with animals like cats and dogs they are less likely to have heart attacks because they have like x2 as many blood vessels to the heart than we do so whenever they get a blockage like this in their heart for whatever reason their body can automatically act to cure itself right away

My dad had a heart attack back in 2020. One of the reasons was the stress, because a few weeks earlier we had a strong earthquake, and corona situation. He said that the lighting darkened, and that he felt his chest swelling, and couldn't move. I was having an online class, and had my camera and microphone off because I was crying. He recovered really fast, and was back in 3 weeks. I now truly appreciate the time we all spend together. He quit smoking a few years earlier, and doesn't eat breakfast, but overly eats lunch. I hope anybody who is going through the same situation I went trough knows that they aren't alone, and that they should stay strong. Love to everybody

Skin brushing is excellent for circulation especially for anemic people and lipoma lumps. But brush before eating n drinking never after. Same with taking showers , lying down and swimming --- never do these straight after eating your food as it go there risk of seizure, heart attack, stroke. Have a shower BEFORE. Standing or walking while eating/ drinking is Soooo bad for knees and thats why people who eat while sitting on carpet/ floor live longer healthier lives. Everyone on my street and billions of People I know don't eat while sitting on a chair, the ones that did for years have joint pain. Most people eat on the carpet or put both leg resting on bench they are in their 90s. I'm spreading the truth and Love, after all starting is carring. PEACE OUT

Back on December 30th 2021, my father had a massive heart attack in his sleep that was caused by pneumonia and covid. And despite the best efforts of the paramedics, he wasn't able to pull through. That morning, my mother said she woke up around 5:00 that morning to him making some sort of humming noise which went on for several seconds. It ended with an aggressive snore/cough and she poked him to see if he was alright, but he wasn't responding. At that point, panic started settling in and she was able to get him on the floor to call 911 and perform CPR. One of my younger sisters who slept next door woke up to her talking on the phone went in and immediately got 2 of my sister up and woke up me and my other 2 brothers. One of my other brothers went up and took over for my mother. What I remember was waking up to my sister yelling at me to wake up and telling me what was happening. The lights were on in my room and it was still dark our. It didn't really sink in what was happening until I got upstairs and looked down the hallway to my left. And what I saw in that bedroom made me feel sick. I just saw him laying on the floor motionless and unconscious. As my mother was saying "1, 2, 3, 4" I could hear it in her voice that she was doing everything she could do to stay calm and not loose it. I wanted to go back and see if I could do anything to help but I decided against that because when you're trying to save a life you need all your focus, you can not afford even the slightest of distractions. So I decided against that. Anyway the only thing I could think to do was to watch out for the paramedics or any emergency vehicle. My 5 younger siblings were all sitting on the couches in the living room stunned and I was nervously pacing back and forth waiting for the emergency vehicles. So when they came they took over, but unfortunately, to no avail. For me, it didn't sink in untile the peiple from the funeral home had to come and take away his body. Even 6 months later, the grief and trauma is still there. And I've used this as motivation to get in better shape. Rest In Peace, Dad.

It all happened in just 24 hours along with the funeral and I must say it was the most depressing thing I've ever lived in my 16 years living. This inspired me and I want to strive to be a doctor so I can make him proud up there by being what he always told me to be first and foremost , a man. He like my second father. My closest Uncle died from a massive heart attack yesterday in a matter of 20 mins from when it started. I'm here to learn about it. He was the most fit 58 year old person ever. Biked every morning, always eating well. Took care of his kids, worked his business. Weirdly enough he only had all the chest issues after he had gotten COVID about 2 months ago. He would tell me that he felt like he was riding his bike when going down stairs or doing something that puts strain on you. Life isnt fair.

That's why its important if you're having severe chest pains with shortness of breath to call an ambulance. It can be the difference between life and death. The paramedics will start treatments like aspirin, nitroglycerin (if appropriate) and send an EKG to the Emergency Department ahead of your arrival so the ER can be prepared for you and even activate the cardiology team if needed. Not only that, but the ambulance will hopefully take you to a facility that can actually do the procedure you need to save your life

My dad was diabetic and he died from a heart attack. I remember my mom had asked him to join her and walk at the park 2 days before and he said he was feeling tired. She got kinda mat at him cause she had to go and exercise alone at the park close to our appartment. The night before he died he asked my brother to go with him to pick up my sister at her workplace near our appartment. My sister told me she was worried cause he seemed to be waking slow and wasnt moving much. That day before we noticed he had locked himself in the bedroom and we then were able to make him open the door(mom was at work). We had asked him to please see a Dr. And that we would go with him. He said no and that he was ok. That morning my mom goes t work super early. My sister goes to work later and my brother wakes up to meet his friend for basketball game close by. I was home with days off from work. Then my brother suddenly wakes me up and stares with a pause. I already knew...He then says:"Dad died.....Come help me to carry him to bed." Dad died sitting in the balcony reading his newspaper like he did every morning. I couldnt help carry his body. I was shocked and crying. My brother called his friend who helped him carry him. I was totally in shock. It took me like 6 years to accept he was gone. I got a bird tattoo on my right ankle. Reminds me of the birds he'd love singing at the balcony. ❤

My father faced heart attack back in 2011. It was a horrifying situation. He used to love red meet and smoke cigarette sometimes in his younger days, also gained some weight. But on that night he was highly tensed for some reason that I won't share. As his description: Had severe pain in left side of chest Jaws were stuck and couldn’t be opened easily Vomiting occurred Eyesight became blurry And Headaches also. It occurred in like 10 PM and we thought that was just a gastric pain. He vomited, had some pills and went to sleep. But at last couldn’t resist himself from pain, called our neighbour for help. Went to local hospital. Tested ECG and doctors indeed took good care of his emergency situations. Tests found he had two blockages in his heart, one is above 80% and other is like 45%. In a week, he had a to get a cardiovascular ring to clear the blockage. Thanks to almighty he is now 52 and Okay and follow all the rules shown in the video. Though I didn’t know much in that time as I was a 9y/o boy but now I can understand it was serious matter to deal with. I Wish no one gets a heart attack before the age of 60. God Bless everyone.

0:17 I have only watched about 17 seconds of the video, and I'm already loving the animation style. I absolutely adore the way the straight lines turned into all the main lines of latitude!!

my mom has had five heart attacks. She always complains of shortness of breath and pain in her arm and chest. When she throws up, we know it's a heart attack. This should not be so routine!

............ *Hey* ........... There are two things to consider here....... *First* : All heart diseases and diabetes issues are lifestyle and diet disorders. Thus they happened to repeat in families. *Second* : Modern medicine has no answer to such diseases and disorders........ If you or anyone in your friends and family is suffering from any disease and have tried everything..... Still not getting satisfactory results.......... Along with your current medication, *Consider taking the Natural treatment* with nutrition, Ayurvedic medicines and lifestyle changes...... _There are no side effects,_ unlike chemical meds........ Gradually, you would be healed and get rid of all medication........ ..... *What's best its not even expensive* ...... Do yourself a favor and give it a try....... Its 100% safe and effective...... .............. Email me your issue to (harsh1984jain@gmail.com) *_You might save someone's life_*
