Maybe make one where CJ and Ryder (Somehow Ryder survived via Toreno like your vice city one) avenges Sweet's death not only after killing Tyrell but the other Ballers present the one that was in that one OG Loc mission cut scene the guy in denim, the one that is a GSF mole and the other one who is wearing the purple shirt and hat. If CJ and Ryder don't care as much about the driver maybe Cesar or the Aztecas can finish the driver off for some reason related to them since Aztecas and Ballas hate each other too maybe you could even do a whole thing on how Aztecas and ballas started beefing probably due to the drug trade and loose affiliation to the Vagos. But still the Aztecas neighborhood is closer to a Baller area than Vago other than that mission you take back Cesar's varrio

Also Ryder does not betrayed is a huge topic there’s a series of difficult vice city san addreas and 3 vice city and 3 are out but san addreas is being worked at it has more new and good features and side by side making the game difficult also enhances it and some story changes like not making Ryder a betrayer I suggest check out get tightened vice and tightened thrice and when tightened addreas comes out pls make gameplays of it a series the channel that makes it name is moonboye check out the progress of tightened addreas
