I think the consequences depend on the terms of the agreement with their clients. There’s no direct penalty for losing money, but obviously, no one wants to be the one responsible for losing a client’s trust

Exactly. I know a few fund managers who lost big in 2008, and while they didn’t face legal consequences, they lost a lot of clients. At the end of the day, people want someone who can make them money, not just ride the highs and lows

Yeah, but let’s face it, the market is unpredictable. Even the best managers can’t guarantee gains all the time. The real skill is minimizing losses and having a solid tax strategy in place when things go south

That’s true. Losing money in the market happens, but if you're working with a good advisor, they’ll already have tax reduction strategies lined up. For example, loss harvesting can offset the capital gains tax, which is helpful when markets are down

That’s something my advisor, Joseph Nick Cahill, always talks about. He’s been in wealth management for over two decades, and his approach is more about protecting wealth than just chasing returns.

He’s always got strategies like tax-loss harvesting ready, which can cushion the blow when the market dips.

I feel sympathy for our country, low income people are now suffering to survive yet inflation and recession keep increasing daily, many families can't even enhance the good cost of living anymore. You've helped me a lot Sir Brian! Imagine I invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Kimberly Ann Doran.

The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

I've been thinking, why would you spend so much time, money and effort selling courses (and seminars?) teaching others how to open and run funds instead of just scaling your own. I can't imagine course selling being more profitable at your level (even at a high scale) than literally the most profitable business model in the world (trading/investing). I understand how other "gurus" in other niches could match the income that they earn from the skill they teach by selling courses, but a fund manager?? How could course selling be worth your time... I work with a lot of people in the info marketing space, that casually generate high 7 figures - low 8 from info selling, and even at that scale I can't see how it would be more worth your time.

He manages 20 million, let's say he gets a 20% return on average which gives 4 million profit. If he has 20% profit share then he gets 800k which will then be shared between general partners (so 400k if it's just him and his partner). If he just sells his 2k course to 1000 people a year, he makes 2 million. The accelerator (last time I asked) was about 30k, that means he only needs about 3 sales to increase his income from the fund by 25%. The math adds up. At this place he could probably set up a 20 million dollars fund with just his own money. Biggest point is the fact that funds take time to grow and build credibility, during that time he can make this extra income.

Whoever thought this market will continue upwards and beyond has their head in their rear. There is a correction coming since the Russell and the Dow are showing signs of weakness. Depending on the correction may determine if the market rallies once more in the summer for a final blow off top and slightly newer high. After that, watch out. Cycle Analysis predicts a hard drop in the late summer early Fall. Also, we are now 190% Market Cap to GDP ratio. That is very extreme......currently I've been engaged in active trading, which is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility and also managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Adriana Jensen, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
