Nothing. He doesn't know. After genocide, there's a true reset. Except chara kind of takes your soul so not really but all the characters forget genocide. Except.. Flowey.. i think. i don't quite remember. Unless you mean resetting while not beating genocide. Flowey will just be nad at you, and sans will be suspicious of you, toriel and papyrus will question if they know you or not, and i think thats it.
