On Earth your body is in a state of compression because the downward gravitational pull is balanced by whatever is holding you up: floor, bench, whatever. The gravitational force in near Earth orbit, on the other hand, is unbalanced, so you don't have that compression. To say that gravity doesn't exist in space is wrong, however; in fact, near the Earth it's only very little less than what you have on the surface of Earth. At an altitude of 200 km, for example, the gravitational force is roughly 100%*(6400/6600)^2 = 94% that of the force at the surface. The things you learn in college physics... ;-)

👍 if i may, i could add to this that the closer to the equator you are, the less you weight. Less gravity at the equator. And, is it coincidence that at 200km away from the earth's surface, the magnetic field is also 94% ?

Could you put on a muscle toning suit when in space. Would that work? I call that a TENSOR SUIT. I always feel that NASA Scientist seems to miss out a lot of factors in their missions. Is it INTENTIONAL? 😢

I thought an elongated spine might help with some ppl's back pain, caused by compressed nerves 🤔🤷🏽‍♂️

So what you're saying is, I don't want to go into space? I would like to know if you feel like you're flying in space with no gravity.

Everything we do is exercise for the bones. Walking, running, jumping. Because of Gravity.
