Its sad to say but the less you wash your hair the more it will grow. I didn't wash mine in 2 months and it grew over 2 inches which is crazy so don't feel bad

Nah it’s not that. The less you wash your hair...the less you are checking it’s length. The less you are causing damage. The less you are breaking it off. It’s just a placebo in a way.

Yes even with your hair being a month-and-a-half old!! You don't seem to have a lot of breakage which is amazing. The products you using seem to work well. When I am not broke I'm going to give this a try. When I am not wearing braids with extensions. I cannot do it natural protective Style. I have to wash detangle. And let my hair out for a day or so and use a lot of moisturize on my hair like crazy.

Sis... first of all you’re beautiful. Second of all I stumbled across this video because my depression for the past few months has been extremely unmanageable and my hair has suffered the brunt of it. I haven’t washed it or done it since October. I was gonna just cut it off honestly even though I worked so hard on it, but lately I’ve just been watching videos and I’m gonna at least attempt to save it before throwing in the towel. If I can save it I’ll cut about half then just trim more than regularly until the damage is gone. However!!! That’s not why I commented. Just wanted to let you know you’re not the only one who gets dusty during those trials and tribulations. And btw you don’t look dusty a bit! And this video made me feel so uplifted and not alone. Thank youuu 💕 I was feeling like a failed queen neglecting my hair like this.

Hiiiiiiiii Chazz! I miss seeing you and bear and I've been trying some of the products especially from the natural Jamaican lime mango products you did a video on it. I'm surprised all over the place except at the top of the head is full 4B. My biggest struggle is going without heat because I'm used to having the height and length but so far so good I've been working it out and I've been getting my trims regularly since I got too tight 4C hair! when you do stuff like this you’re supposed to drench your hair and then massage conditioner into it so it can limit brakage and help take down the braid and soften your hair so it helps limit the damage.
