Lets pretend it this economy was staged. Why and how could that happen? -A light test of the system to look for ways to improve it. How does it hurt the economy, are we weakened by this pandemic. What places need to be strengthened if we were attacked during one. (a light test wouldn't really test it to the level you need as you would have so many people dying from something that was horrible if that were to exist - but it can help show something at similar or slightly higher levels) -To test the "actor" network in intelligence with media across country and where to improve if flaws are pointed out constantly. (this is not really needed as it is mostly media and reinforced by actors lightly, not many people would actually know - it could have been sat on or just waited for something with higher fatality than normal or even just blown out of proportion in the media) Those would be direct benefits. -Not so direct would be strengthen against an actual enemy if Industry was strengthened by this pandemic. Countries without as much overlapping industry in them could not benefit. So more than one country would be effected but this could weaken the main threats position and make them want to join in next time to reap some benefits. -Exploits a head of time, financial, etc..sort of mentioned above. Industry is often dominated by those who stratch each others back in backdoor/side channels or their own side channels. More than one group/industry/company would benefit. But I generally dont expound on youtube because no one really reads me.

Look for flaws in the system and the economy and where they can strengthen it for overall stability. Look for people who exploited it by maybe knowing way ahead of time and look maybe not immediate reserves people had but channels they had available for each other to ensure they could benefit and lots of other things, definitely not directly but some might do it directly. Come on kids..even we knew about this one long before. What is this goober actually going to say? I dont call out but I know it burned a lot of people.
