@@1hourdeathmusic145 It'll honestly depend on if he used cheats to build that drone army, or if he did actually collect the resources for each one of them. The rest of the stuff he's done it is possible to do if you played like him for 48 hours and no break solo, so 4-6 people could save a lot of time on that. The fact is, yeah we laugh at it, but its not hard to do what he's done. He's just the first to popularise on doing what most people do by themselves without anyone watching them.

Good show! Those people really put a lot of effort into their builds and it’s a joy to see. It’s a shame that the rest of the people who came in couldn’t show the same respect to the builds that the original server residents did, but such is the way of mobs.

Ya but haveing friends that allredy are interested in the same game is rare so im open to find new friends to play together. and well while disorganized players exist if you want to play together its a good advice to sort things so everyone find the stuff when he/she needs it.

Fuel layouts - Using turbo fuel, ive been able to connect more generators then what the math will support by feeding generators vertically.

Blame the trolls, we had opened it up to everyone, but someone went in and deleted everyone's build including mine within the first week. I can't be stood in game moderating 24/7 so this was the best option, and haven't had an issue since.

I'm someone who played satisfactory when it was still early access in the epic games launcher this was just before trains were added. I'd say I progressed quite far at the time but then moved on to playing other games. Since then I never had the courage to go back to satisfactory just because of how complex it can be. One can argue it can be as simple as you'd like it to be, which is 100% true but the issue is on me... When I play games like this, I strive for 100% efficiency. It's nice to see other people's playthrough though, much like this one, marvelous.

I have my own server for me and two friends. One of them has popped on for a short bit, but its mostly just me. And that's ok since it was a cheap one (no mods - vanilla). I'd be open to joining other multiplayer servers, even if just to check out.

How long does it take to save? On my ~500 hour save with only 4 or 5 Megafactories it takes around 5 minutes now, which is really inconvenient. I have a strong PC with Core i9 9900k, 32GB RAM, fast Samsung Pro Nvme and a RTX 3090. This is the only thing that bothers me with this beautiful game.

Well, I don't think a graphics card is gonna make you save faster, so we can discard that. It might come down to poor optimization in either the game or in the data inside the SSD, corrupt external references, etc.

@@afoxwithahat7846 Thanks for the suggestion. I'm working in IT for quite a time, so I'm familiar with BIOS/UEFI. I have a Samsung 970 Pro, one of the fastest NVMEs on the market. Mainboard is a solid Gigabyte Z490 Pro. I never had performance issues with other games. The save "bug" was mentioned by many players before. I hope they fix it - or at least make it a little faster. My save game is 12.3MB by the way. I was curious how long it takes for this huge save.

It seems that the more save files you have across all your saves that it slows down saving. I noticed this when I downloaded an autosave mod and after awhile the save time became more and more laggy

make sure your nvme drive is plugged into the pci 4.0 lane, your mobo only one of the three slots are rated to pci 4.0, that is slot m2-1

Nope - not yet, they're working on it, but there's a problem with the way the mod manager implements mods, and dedicated servers currently

There's no foilage in the arena, because that's not a word. FOLIAGE (with the i after the L) is actually a word and does indeed describe the greenery inside the arena.

Have you ever considered loading other people's saves to try and fix/improve efficiency without totally re-doing it. Like people do with traffic in Cities Skylines, My friends n I have created an abomination that's too far gone and we refuse to start over.
