They probably shouldn't do that. It's unhealthy. If theres enough, and is in your lungs for long enough, you could die or suffer permanent damage,

@@CosmoniYT With the process shown here, it doesn't look like he's inhaling the helium, just having it flow into his mouth before being pushed into the tuba. Doing it this way, I don't imagine there would be any lasting consequences of repeating the experiment with sulfur hexafluoride.

Notice how the helium is being introduced into his mouth, he's not breathing it in. This is important. I taught a boy once, who bought a helium balloon, and to get a long lasting squeaky voice took a deep breath of the gas... predictably he collapsed and passed out from lack of oxygen. Happily, he started breathing again before his heart stopped beating. Those seeking a squeaky voice should only take a sip of helium. To fill a tuba, a lot of helium is needed, a sip probably wouldn't have a significant effect on the note, so he had to introduce it to his mouth to be blown into the tuba when he was breathing out.

Alcohol, at high concentrations in your blood, is lethal. Oxygen, at high concentrations, can damage your brain. Roller Coasters, travel at sufficient speeds that should you be thrown from it, you die. Yet all things are consistently being enjoyed. Isn't it great!? :)
