-Ojas is that kind of energy which is not physical in nature
- if you do meditation, you are in Samadhi, then that your upper Ojas become Paraojas, Paraojas become Aura and that halo, that Aura is nothing but Ojas.
-If you have ojas around you, your passage through the world, the passage through life becomes well-lubricated
-move with least amount of resistance
-pass through this existence with least amount of friction.
-What happens when you start developing ojas
-convert the physical into non-physical dimension of energy.
-doing Shambhavi, if you're doing it every day, you will develop ojas
-generating ojas is a very important part of living successfully

I’ve had plenty of Ojas all of my life. Life has always been very easy for me. But then when a crisis finally happened it took me a long time to learn the lessons because of the lack of consequences. Too easy even through the crisis makes one think, in one sense invincible and another, spoiled like a child who gets whatever they want. I had to be broken to be start enlightenment. Which did eventually happen. Life is beautiful. We are blessed to be here. 🙏🏼

I can totally relate to that - As a young man I ate mountains of food and knew I had a massive aura but was skinny. I flowed through life and people talked about me, a musician, with great respect. Odd things would happen around me, impossible coincidences. But, as you say, the bad times came - the neighbours got a dog that barked up to 18 hours a day and over years it drained the goodness out of me. Its taken decades to get it back, but it was nessicary to clear previous life energy. No I am feeling like I am 11 once more! :o)

As a young woman, very happy, energetic, and vibrant, I could outeat anyone around me and weigh less the next day. As an empath, I became attached to an energy vampire, lasted well for awhile, and then began a rapid downward spiral. It is taking years to climb back to those early heights. But the lessons have been priceless. I'm currently doing heavy shadow work, cleansing karma, and working on rebuilding personal boundaries. I've discovered that ancestral karma, through both parental bloodlines, needs cleansing as well. Also removing hexes.

It does not come natural to develop aggressive qualities as a woman, because of the learned fear of reprecussions from physically stronger men (usually fathers). However these traits are the most needed for many women. Realise that feelings of hatred, resentment, bittnerness and frustration are not inherently wrong. They are the twisted and repressed forms of the pure qualities like Strength, Justice, Courage and Willpower. Reedem the qualities which you have condemned as ‘bad’; dont push them down, instead feel them in a different way, and give them the love and attention they want. For example, let rising frustration become the desire to change your situation instead of trying to change others, and let hatred be felt as a desire to erect strong boundaries around yourself, rather than wanting to cause pain to another. All these emotions need an outlet, and it is in your power to determine how these emotions are expressed, so express them well. Just my thoughts on this issue, I see it a lot in women in particular, but of course there are men with the same issue so the same applies.

@@Cam-wl3nw yes, transmuting energy is very important. You can do this consciously as mentioned, but deeper wounds may require assistance. I employ the elementals, who come to me uninvoked mostly. They take energy, transmute it, and then carry it back down to Mother Gaia. The benefits are remarkable.

I was born to tough circumstances and had to swim against the current for a long time till my challenges became the catalyst for my spiritual growth. I came to understand that life is about two things - energy and awareness and my active higher chakras helped me with tremendous guidance and messages from my guides. I never thought my pain would be the path to and awakening but it was and now I see and experience life completely differently. There’s so much peace, bliss and insights into the ‘why’, I feel really humbled that I’ve got to experience this grace 🙏🏻

@@thehuman2861 There’s no easy answer to this but I’ll suggest that start some form of meditation. Whether it’s breath work, mantras, guided meditations…the key is to develop your higher chakras more. Guidance and intuition flows in through them and opening of spiritual channels. Ask your guides/whichever divine power you connect with to help you and send guidance your way. Take baby steps and test the waters to see what resonates with you. Let your energy guide you and ask for grace. You can follow some spiritual leaders like Sadhguru, Deepak Chopra who share authentic awareness. I hope you get the help you are looking for 🙏🏻

Not saying you’re a kook but I’ve known plenty of people who say similar things and when you look into it they are just kooks You sound kooky. Answer this with your inner knowing Since you are in tune with the universe dimensions- give us a practical solution to any problem in the world that exists that hasn’t been thought of before that can help us. Anything whether it be an invention, idea, solution to a science problem, philosophical problem, social problem, tune into the universe and pull out a solution, from something as simple as how to build better more efficient engines to a simple cure for a disease, or a better alternative to plastic, or how to remove mercury from the oceans, look into your dimensions and universe and pull out something practical and get back to me.

I am very much thankful about Ojas I have been granted by almighty. I honestly didn't know it but I have been told by many familiar and unfamiliar people that it is on my face and forehead. I thought that may be because of the reason that I am fair and I am bald initially. But deep inside I know it is there and I am very much thankful to people around me that I get everything done for me. I get friends easily, I get noticed easily. People are always helpful to me, I mostly win in my life and I am calm most of my life, undisturbed and peaceful. Yes, I am meditative kind of person but I am materialistic and full of all the worldly lusts and charms also. All I want that my head should be firmly resting on my shoulders and I shouldn't feel superior. I enjoy my ojas but I want me to respect it. Om

Many women feel that they must do their duties and the duties of other people. Women feel responsible for helping husband's, children, parents and friends succeed. We women usually work much harder than we need to. We are unappreciated because we other people are so used to us doing their work for them that they have come to expect us to do it. The solution is to only do your actual duties. For example, take care of and protect underaged children, but you should allow adult children to manage their own lives. Respect adults and allow husbands, in-laws, friends and relatives to do their own work, clean up their own mess, pay their own bills, and fail. Try not to rescue adults unless they ask for help. Live like God does. He allows people to make mistakes.

@@randybackgammon890 I was just thinking today about how his wife decided to transform herself from the living to the spiritual world and how maybe she is helping Sadhguru with his wisdom as a muse would do so for a creative person. Sadhguru is surprisingly gifted in oration and life experiences as if he can tap another dimension that most of us can't imagine. His endocannabinoid system is activated he mentioned without taking anything; he seems inhuman with his perception and quick, witty and humorous comments.

As I get older (still very young) and more informed, I realize more and more how my life has been a very meditative experience. Just the other day I meditated and it brought back nostalgia, because I haven't been doing it. It seems I've neglected myself in ways I was too distracted to realize, because I had never thought of it that way. I was meditating before I knew what meditating was! Now I know what I've been missing. The idea of Ojas explains so much of my life, relative to how I've lived it. I think myself to be on the path of enlightenment, which I consider a lifestyle. The thing is, I think I might've been on this path without realizing it. There were definitely some detours and deviations that weren't very wise, but it's all part of the learning process. Recently the biggest lesson I've stumbled on to is: Why have a problem? There are things that are problems, but you don't have to have a problem with them. That doesn't mean you should ignore problems in life, but just know they don't have to be stressful.

@@archieever I'm not sure. I would consider reading a bit meditative, which is what I've done my whole life, but I've recently picked up blocking out as much noise as I can, and closing my eyes. Then I just sit there like that and breathe. I implement tips I've picked up, such as spending time with a thought or memory if it pops up, but then returning to focusing on my breath. It's helped me ease my mind a lot, because I seem to be someone who needs peace and quiet, else the constant noise the world seems to pump out is maddening. Whatever kind involves sensory deprivation. I forget the name but there is one.

@Steven R This was a great example of spiritual knowing/ awareness compared with the detailed knowledge of how intersections take place. For me study is a process of discovering what you already knew...If you are born in this life to be an engineer, you then have to learn the details but is done with little or no friction. I started that study and it was against my nature. Sometimes we have to find out what we are not first.....
