My own personal opinion: You need to be a warrior and advocate for PMs and similar fields. That means analysis and commentary on everything PM that someone might search on KZbin, plus content people never thought thry wanted. That means if some headline comes out like "Project management will be oversaturated in 5 years" you have a video responding to it right away. If sentiment about the job market sours, you make content on what PMs will do in the next three years to be indispensable. Brutally honest takes are welcome too, like the reasons people are never hired or quit as PMs. Honestly, the most likely video to be picked up by the algorythm has a great thumbnail with you in it (youre cute) and a title like "Why EVERYONE wants to be a Project Manager in 2024" or "Project managers can make HOW MUCH??" or "Project management is oversaturated, the three skills every PM MUST have in 2024" (feel free to steal these). Just my thoughts on how the game is played these days on KZbin.

Hey! Thanks for your comment! Loving the ideas….not to give it away but there may be an upcoming video on project manager salaries already in the works 😁 always glad to rep the PM life! Really appreciate you sharing! Cheers

Seen a similar comment - with the most respect, the audio in this is almost unbearable. Regardless of how good the video/information is - I cant finish the video because of it.

I appreciate your PoV on these topics, especially project managment, but please take a look at some of this advice: Be more careful with your editing. Often times your cuts are too soon and I don't hear all of the dialogue. Your transitions also don't need to be so theatrical. The biggest thing I can say: Please link to services, apps, and other tools you speak about. Last video talking about PM education, I found no links to the resources you spoke about. Just my two cents. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing your feedback! I’ll work on the editing piece with the audio. I will also take a look at the notes on the last video to make sure I added the resource links! Sometimes in an effort to get the videos posted I miss things so I appreciate your comment!

Please invest into audio equipment. There is nothing more important than quality audio

I'm French and I like your videos and I ask me a question links to your topics. For a great career, its this important to have an undergraduate degree from an Ivy League university our not ? What is the value of graduate program such master of science or other ? in France, your diploma dans where it comes from is very important for your career. Is this the same thing in US ? Maybe you can make a video related to this and explain your case ?

Hi! Thanks for your question and comment! It's an interesting topic worth exploring and there are some great resources that can help explain this for US universities here (as an example) : collegescorecard.ed.gov/school/?166027-Harvard-University
