@dianasalazar61843 жыл бұрын
Road salt plus moisture destroys cars and Wisconsin deals with months of snow so that's the deal.
@dracul19843 жыл бұрын
@@dianasalazar6184 Yeah, but the point is that when you wash it in rain/snow/extreme low temps, it's pointless. Rain for obvious reasons. Snow, because you're just going back out into the salt, getting covered again by the time the car gets home. In extreme lows, water freezing in mechanical parts is never good, and can cause an accident.

@@dracul1984 me personally, don't wash in sub zero temps or when roads are snowed but I figure road salt sitting on my car is worse than cold water. That's the very first *mobile bunker* I've ever seen. And *if* a mobile bunker wouldn't be new, I'm sure, it's the first, who masks itself like a gigantic marshmallow. That's not Pink Panther, but Pink Mammoth. I like it though ... 😆😂

I used to work on water towers. We would pressure wash them before painting the outside, when it was cold you couldn't let off the trigger or the hose's would freeze instantly at the metal fittings. I am really surprised they were able to spray anything lol, I never tried to wash in negative weather. Single digit's with a slight wind chill was enough to freeze the hose instantly.

maybe it's because -40 degree weather is normal there, in texas though snow is very irregular and no one was prepared

Video idea: fill car tires with water (or ice) instead of air. Similar to the video where you put lead in the tires, but this time fill them full :-)
