Scar, years ago a friend's child was enthusiastically telling me about the legend of Herobrine after learning that I played minecraft. Except he couldn't remember his name... "I'm pretty sure his name was... Dave. yeah, that sounds right." Thus the tale of spooky Dave was born! We had a lot of fun with it. But only now, thannks to you, do I know what Dave looks like and his tragic origins... and his hatred of sand.

As a teen with autism and ADHD, I honestly love what hermitcraft has done, I truly love this and I play planet coaster as well. Now I am a massive roller coaster nerd so it ain't easy to make friends. Scar, you inspired me with a garland to make Hermits their own parks on planet coaster, your park will be called, Scarlandia. With all your bases combined in a magic kingdom styled layout

A thought on the fire tree: You've commented that motion being added to things brings them to life. Would strategically-placed actual fire, and strategically-placed campfires with smoke, add motion that gives the whole thing an illusion of motion?

I think he did it on purpose here to avoid accidentally hitting the stone, it's easier to just go over it without haste than have to repair where he slips up

Scar i think that tree needs a name upgrade with how spectacular it is. my vote is to call it the vulcan tree after the roman god of fire and forge. he is especially associated with the destructive aspects of fire and the origin of the word volcano.

I will admit I got a bit peeved (JUST THE TEENSIEST BIT) when you went Roman instead of Greek, but Vulcan is a lot easier to pronounce than Hephaestus and it sounds more fire-y I could also be exaggerating this and you are not into mythology and just knew this and I'm pouncing because I love it but whatever😊

I think your train station needs to be built from massive redwood beams and planks, since you’ve got an abundance of redwoods it makes sense they would be used in the construction

I always thought the train, especially with the smoke, was quite dynamic, rather than stopped at the station. Perhaps moving the portal further in the direction of travel. or even placing a train portal exit on the far side of the scafari park and build it there.

I know this probably won't be seen but could you collaborate with Mumbo on the flying train build? Mumbo is really honing his building skills and it would be great to do an episode where you two exchange ideas. Or even if you get his feedback on the train and talk about what to do with the area between your train and his base.

I've always said my favourite kind of people are those with a passion. I can listen to them talk for hours, even if it's not a passion I share. This is why I have come to love watching Scar's streams, especially when he's doing something like this that allows him to ramble (taking down ore mountain was another good one). I'm not a huge Disney fan, never been to Disney, and never likely to go. But, honestly, listening to Scar talk about it is fascinating. Thanks for being you, Scar. I'm just one of the many, many people you help through this mess we call life😊

From a realistic view, the train station needs to be one block higher and closer, for you need to walk over, however There could also have been a huge meteor impact or something so your train stranded there and they have to make it work

I know it would be quite a stretch of scaffolding (dirt), but I recommend building a flight of TIE fighters or a lambda shuttle in line with the hanger entrance so people can see which side the entrance is on.

in answer to the question you asked about an announcement about TwitchCon, i am fairly sure as of today the answer is no, but also Ive heard casual references by folks in several streams and the dots are not connecting. Honestly Im a bit disappointed. A delightful stream, and it's good to see Dave's home mostly restored.

A la the flying train cart, you could have part of the train station have an 'upper level' almost T junction, for airborne carriages to come into, from the water direction, instead of line of sight with Mumbo's? Not sure on the birds-eye-view of the layout, but it's a potential pathway...

The eyes are cursed. keep them for the entire season, and ask use redstone to automate them to move 1-2 blocks when someone buys something, see if anyone notices

Hi Scar, for your Train Station, I would love if you looked at maybe pics of the Train Station in Downtown Winnipeg MB for inspiration, it looks kinda similar I think to the layout you have there. Alternatively, you could do a combination of a Train Station with a Zoo (like take inspiration from both real-life zoos and/or train stations). I also think that the train station in "the Good Place" could look nice with your colour scheme! :)

Second I just want to let you know that I went to Disney quite often as a kid and I can't recreate it in Minecraft but as a chef, well I think you know what I did all summer. I recreated my favorite Disney food and drink and I think I nailed the mint julep clone recipe my personal favorite!

Ironically I agree with Scars, Acolyte stance. The first 2 episodes were decent, set up a good premise and showed some potential, 3rd episode had the squeeky wheel and then the wheels straight up fell off come 4th episode. Core concept could have been explored far better than they did.

hey Scar, sorry i missed stream. Perhaps your train build is stuck becasue you are trying to think "only " 3D. Where does the train come from to this station? Does it need to be a fun real world station or cartoon or movie representation? Doe it come from the sky or does it come from a film real, fresh from the latest natural film (you were collecting mobs, i rmemeber). Hope I have helped. Good luck. -M

44:40 Scar I've been in medical coding & billing for 15+ years, and a phone call like that isn't billable. A telehealth visit requires video for billing. A telephone call must be at least 5 minutes long for billing. I would fight that tooth and nail. Keep a screen shot pf your phone call showing it was less than 5 minutes.
